Location - very convenient for both St. Pancras and Euston train stations and since we're travelling by rail this was important. Very inexpensive for London. Will stay there again on our return trip.

Very close to Euston station which was great arriving late at night. Its fine for a business trip but I wouldn't spend a holiday here as the area is a bit grim - you can hear the station anouncements after 8am. The view was station roofs.

The Breakfast in the morning was excellent and the manager was extremely helpful. We have stayed at the Ibis several times and are always stastifed. we always travel by rail, but this time we came by car and found the car park very secure. Another plus for the Ibis. The buffet meal in the evening, very poor the quality of food, chicken drum sticks, the beef cassarole was very watery.

The location is prefect. Just next to the Euston Railway Station, and the 2 tube stations (Euston & Euston Square) are in walking distance (5mins walk). Very close to most of the attractions... Just 2 or 3 station away from Oxford Circus, Camden Town etc. it's so so so convenience. Compares to other Hotel Rooms in central area of London, the room is in a good size for both my husband and myself. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed we have ever slept. Please take note you need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash etc. as they don't supply these in the room. However they do have a vending machine with all these downstairs in the corridor. Toilet is very clean with a morden design. We would definietly recommend this hotel to others.

The Ibis has an excellent location. It is a 2 minute walk from Euston Station. It is situated on a side street, so therefore you get a good nights sleep without being woken up with traffic noises, sirens etc. The Ibis is very clean, lovely white bed linen, clean towels, an impressive reception that's very welcoming for a budget hotel. Lovely choice for breakfast with an all day long restaurant menu and bar. Reasonably priced compared to other London hotels. I was disappointed that all of the staff that I met, as they did not have fluent English and struggled at times to get their message clearly across. I had a personal issue with my booking. The booking I made was not met by the hotel and even though they did accomodate us they did not provide value for money. Providing a camp bed in a double room when a twin room was booked was "not good enough". The full price should not have been charged when a camp bed had to be used. It made the room totally unaccessible. The camp bed user had to climb across the double bed to use the bathroom etc, waking up the other person in the process. When we made our complaint on two different occasions both members of staff had two different excuses. This was not value for money and it disappointed me immensely.

Location Strobe light on smoke detector kept us awake all night. When reported to Reception we were told it would be attended to.No attention, but a 'phone call to tell us it was normal. On checking out,on further complaint,we were told we should have persisted.Result - total disatisfaction with Ibis, and unless we now have some more acceptable response, will not be troubling you again.

Good location, walking distance of many places of interest.Underground parking £15.00 for 24 hrs if you are staying at hotel. Some rooms are right next to Euston station so you can hear some trains and Tannoy announcements.

Close to the city. Quite rooms Charging for breakfast, after being charged a lot of money for the room. Many hotels charge less and provide breakfast included in the price.
