It was clean, comfortable and a good location. When I checked in to the hotel, I was told I made a mistake with my booking and booked for the following month. I was charged over £100 more than the original booking price to stay in the hotel for the 3 nights I thought I had booked. I checked my email from booking.com to check if the correct/incorrect dates were detailed on it, I printed off my confirmation email (from booking.com) which stated that I had in fact booked the correct dates. When I showed the email to a different staff member he said that my credit card had been declined so they had cancelled my booking but neither I nor booking.com had been informed about this.He said this was a problem to be taken up with booking.com and there was nothing he could do about it. I then rang booking.com and a lovely man answered and rang the hotel immediately and spoke with the same staff member who then refunded me my money (over £100) but did not apologise that I had been lied to about booking the wrong dates or about telling me there was nothing he could do about it. I told him I thought the whole situation very unfair and he said it was a problem caused by 'the back office'. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I would never stay here again even though I liked the facilities and it is close to where my cousin lives whom I often travel to see but I would definately use booking.com again.

Very clean. Very good location. Nice staff. Lack of travel item accessories on hand, ex) power plug travel adapter, despite nice brand and not cheap price.

Great and safe location, close to 2 subway lines, clean and friendly staff At the door says the price for a room that is 90 pounds per night, and I have paid via booking.com much more and still as reduced by 40%. I do not like Only Fools and Horses. Hotel has no European adapters in the room that I had to buy on the Slot at the hotel. Shame. Do not have a free wifi and very poor when the hotel has to make money on it. Do not have a brush for a toilet seat. I think all this nonsense prevents them from being super hotel because they have too good a location, so it really surprised me. When I return to London again I will have them in the consideration, but at the number 2 or 3

Housekeeping staff are tip top and helpful Not enough power sockets in the room. Air conditioned is regulated according to the temp outside and this resulted having to have the windows opened all the time and noise from the streets disturbs much needed sleep.

It is very close to Euston Station, and the pub round the corner is great Its too hot and stuffy. They advertise airconditioning, but there was none in my room. Perhaps they mean the lobby? The breakfast 'chef' was shouting and gesticulating that diners are limited to 3 rashers of bacon each!

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, conveniently located at walking distance from st-pancras international train station, also close to Camden Town which is a great area for entertainment (street markets during the day; bars and nightlife in the evenings). The temperature in the room was too high. Opening the window didn't help much and there was no airconditioning either.

Located beside Euston station, ideal for city centre attractions and tube/rail links. Clean room and comfortable beds. Bathroom spotless. Friendly staff at reception. Breakfast service excellent, great choice. Only problem for me was the room temperature, very warm, even with window open, but little else to complain about. I'd definitely stay there again.

Apart from the convenience of being so close to St Pancras station, this hotel was notable for its very friendly and helpful staff, and the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. It shows that a basic, budget hotel can be a really pleasant place to stay. My only criticism would be about the standard of food in the restaurant. The dinner buffet was mostly traditional British stodge, complete with soggy over-cooked vegetables and unappetising salads. Disappointing!

Some lovely cheap restaurants nearby (Drummond Street) and really convenient for Euston station. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

The carpark was a big plus for me and essential. It is reasonably priced for London and being situated outside of the pay zone is also a bonus. The buffet food was mediocre and you had to ask for rolls, which were advertised as available on the buffet. There were also foods advertised on the board that were not available and I was surprised to find lots of bones in the fish, although the fish itself was very tasty. I was a bit put off by the room getting checked every day. I had someone come in twice during my 4 day stay and catch me by surprise in the afternoon, where I did not expect to have to put the 'do not disturb' card on the door. I understand spot checks are important, but the same rooms every day?
