staff, great bed
Wifi difficult to log in. Wouldn't accept my email but seemed to be OK with staff email.
Location is excellent with 3 tube stations nearby and lots of buses
Cleanliness of room. Friendly helpful staff.
Really enjoyed my stay! Staff were so welcoming and friendly! The hotel is in a perfect location to the train station and bars and restaurants. Really cannot fault it.
Very tidy and comfortable

the card often deactivated, I had to go downstairs to activate it again.
Of the two sockets over the window/desk, one didn't work so could only plug one thing in at a time. I did report this to reception, but only upon checking out. Room 213.
Good access to tube and Euston station and Regent's Park. Easy parking at hotel.
Maid decided to clean room at 8 am, knocked and opened door without waiting, nice wake up after a late night. Bath and bathroom tatty. Had to register to sign into wifi. only 1 lift working so quite a wait.
Clean. 2 min walk to Euston train station.
Nothing to make you feel special - no toiletries (soap shampoo shower gel etc) - there is just one re-fillable thing hanging from the wall that is all in one. You get two towels for a double room. Ambience is a bit clinical and sterile - no luxury feel.
Location good for Euston, Kings Cross etc Clean Has everything needed for a stopover Quiet Helpful reception staff
Bar staff a bit impersonal Room on the small side
We felt the room temperature was too high and didnt change even when turning the thermostat down.
One lift didn't work. WiFi is free only for the first 24 hours.
Staff, good parking for people with disabilities, friendly restaurant staff
Child seats in the restaurant were placed in the fire path. The room thermostat in room 225 is broken and comes fully off leaving wiring exposed. I couldn't tell reception when leaving as I was in a rush.
Location was good to Euston station. Rooms are basic but good and clean.
Didn't like bath it was too high and narrow, shower over bath was good. had to be careful climbing out from bath due to height, bath mat towel also slips on floor, caused me to fall on floor as it moved when I stepped out on it, now have bruises up my rt leg where I was left stradling the bath. (Didn't report should have)!!!
The hotel is located very close to Euston underground station and there are ample eateries at Euston station. There is also a supermarket that closes late till midnight which is an additional plus point to this hotel. I have requested for a room next to the elevator and the staff accommodated my request.
Hotel guests do take note that you have to stock on facial tissues because the hotel does not supply facial tissues.
Loved the bed, really comfortable and warm, did not need any heating on in room. All staff were friendly and helpful from reception to housekeeping. Liked the contemporary style of the lounge and bar area.
Aware of fellow residents as rooms not very well soundproofed.
Everything. From being in London, to hotel, to proximity of station, to breakfast,to helping me store boxes of programmes for my concert -
Very clean and pleasant décor and pleasant staff.
I was attending a meeting in London with my colleagues at the Radiation Research Trust and requested a room without wifi as I have previously suffered with cancer after living 100m from a phone mast which emits similar radiation to wifi. The hotel staff tried to find a room with a weak signal to accommodate my needs, but there was no escape from this form of radiation. Many doctors and scientists worldwide believe there is a very real and significant risk to the general health of the public. Including the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). The IARC panel of scientists have categorised this form of radiation as a Group 2b carcinogen for the entire spectrum. This is an official WHO classification. Some members of IARC are publicly vocal that the classification must be increased as rapidly as possible to Group 1 meaning that this form of radiation is a carcinogen. I hope that the hotel industry looks into this very serious issue and offers rooms clear from radiation for people who wish to avoid these exposures. I have marked the comfort and facilities of the hotel down due to the lack of rooms without wifi and would be grateful if you would consider offering hardwired connections for customers who do not wish to be exposed to microwave radiation. Please go to our website www.radiationresearch.org
Location. Next to Euston Station so very good for the underground and for inter city rail and airport connections.
Service and friendliness was hit and miss. Some were very pleasant while with other staff I felt like I was an inconvenience.
No value for money too expensive for what it is.. Never to stay there again!
The quality of the hotel really low for the price

Close to tube, good breakfast buffet, nice beds, easy to store luggage when checking out, very tidy
