Excellent location, near Euston station and good Indian restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood.
During the breakfast, we've noticed a "supervisor" of the breakfast area reprimanding his colleague in front of some guests. Also, cups needs to be better cleaned.
We got the room in back side ,every morning there was noises of moving of trash containers from the ground. Carpet is too old.
Mattress too hard unable to sleep , wifi didn't work very well even though didn't use it very much ! Quite noisy outside the hotel
position very convenient, clean quiet good value breakfast.
free wifi extremely close to main railway station
No noise interference
Wifi worked quite good, room has a decent size, good location
Heating didn't work, room temperature was too cold. Next to euston station, room was very noisy
The restaurant food was better than I had anticipated. Only booked this hotel because of convenience to Euston.
Excellent location, particularly if you are travelling into London by train as such a little walk from the station. A few nice pubs and cury houses close by. Nice and clean rooms, helpful staff. Pleasant bar area.
Bedrooms quite small but you are in central London. Would like option of cheaper breakfast to just include cereal or porridge etc, but these are minor points
Price, all you can eat breakfast and being close to an underground station
Room too hot, even though the tempreature was turned down and we had the window open. Pillows on bed to soft
Location is ideal, close to the station and underground, extra cost for breakfast but well worth it!! Great restutant menu and good value for money. Staff were helpful, heavily pregnant so late check out and free laugage storage was great.
The room was rather small though and biscuits would have been nice with the room facilities. That's me being fussy.
Very modern and clean, exactly what we needed for an overnight stay.
The room was really stuffy, I'm not sure the air flow system was working. The thermostat was set to 10 deg and even with the window open we were boiling!
fast and easy check in, the cleanliness of all areas and the comfortable bed
Great Location Friendly staff Clean room
The location of this hotel is so handy for Euston station,as my fried is struggling to walk at the moment it was ideally situated. The style of the hotel is contemporary, with flashes of colour which I found pleasing.Breakfast was plentiful, something for everyone as it was a buffet style you could have as little or as much as you wished. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. So I actually slept well.Lastly I found the staff very pleasant and helpful.
Just a small thing. Breakfast was quite busy and there were only a few tables left which were a little on the low side. That's all!!
clean room and great location
it is a pity that cannot find a fridge in the room.
Being so close to Euston station which meant that on check-out we could leave our cases in the hotel store room all day and not have to pull them round London.
Having to pay extra for breakfast. Why?
Courteous approach of staff
Room too hot and couldn't have window open because of noise made by air extraction plant nearby. Apparently guests can only vary the heating at temperatures above the pre-set level which seemed to us as too hot at night.
soundproof spotless comfortable bed bedding changed daily bath as well as shower
≫STAFF very helpful > great bar & resturant > close to london central & other > close to train stations > close to cafes
≫ room we had one could hear the train whistles and rumble > tv was crooked > couldn't sleep first night but we were shifted to a better location/room
Ok location rooms are the standard ibis and overall it is a nice hotel close to train and underground.
The staff are not like the other ibis hotel in Europe . Was asked to pay an additional fee for an early check in , was at hotel at 8 am , if not had to checkin at 12.00 , attitude attitude attitude. Will never stay there again. This was my third stay there.
Love that this hotel is right by the door of Euston station
I had a room that overlooked the back and was quiet the first time I stayed here but since then have struggled to find a room where I couldn't hear the sound of the station
Thumbs up for the free wi-fi and the proximity to the Euston train station and underground subway.
My room is a long walk from the lift. There are always noisy patrons from the tavern downstairs talking loudly late at night.
First time staying over in London and Ibis easy to find fron Euston and as promised easy distance fron St Pancras
The bed was excellent very comfortable the room was clean. Location was very good just outside euston station.p
Their was no mirror on the dressing table for make up and hair. Breakfast was barely warm which was a shame because the ingredients were good.
