Perfect location for the O2 Arena. 2 minute walk to the Emirates Skyline which runs until 9pm this takes you to the o2. The hotel is modern, rooms clean and great location.

The room was ok, clean and I liked the extra pillows in the room, added to the comfort of the bed. Shower room reminded me of a caravan, rather small and compact, but did the job. Not sure what to make of the tv in the room as it was going to charge us £10.00 just to watch itv1/bbc1??? So, we didn't bother.

Breakfast was not worth the price. Scrambled egg looked as if it had been there all night. Bacon was cold and sausage tasted foul. Had to wait ages for toast machine. Would not recommend having breakfast at this hotel. We should have gone to the café outside '2 for £4.99'

Location was good and the staff were friendly

They hotel charged for the use of the tv and wi fi and there was a lot of loud banging on both nights at 3 in the morning. This went on for about an hour Neither of us got much sleep over the weekend

the location was amazing and helpful desk staff at check in . Also staff at Novatel were amazing with directions

Food not available at hotel and surrounding area no food !!! came back late from a concert and only Nisa store open so had a dodgy pasty and a packet of crisps !!!

Surprisingly good food, wonderful young chap served us in the restaurant/bar, and rightly recommended the Thai green curry. Nice and quiet, very clean, and nicely situated right next to the marina. Really liked it.

nice friendly staff ,good food ,very clean and great location for o2 arena, and value for money . would defo recommend and will stay again on my next visit to London Thankyou for a pleasent stay

breakfast was great but had to wait nearly 10min for cutlery and glasses for juice by which time my breakfast was cold so had to go back for more . think you need to invest in my cutlery

Nice check in process, bar in the foyer was quite good, nice location.

Parking arrangements are a little bit haphazard and not easy to understand.

Most uncomfortable beds in a hotel for a long time...twin beds -dreadful night first night so tried the other next night - just as bad...

It keeps getting mixed up with other Ibis in local area so taxi takes you to incorrect place

When someone takes shower or uses bathroom, next door or room above, you hear everything in the room. The metarial has been used to build rooms are must be so cheap that you could hear everything.
