We enjoyed the fact it was close to the O2 for which we had tickets, also very convenient for the new Stratford Centre and Olympic Village. The staff were very welcoming, and always asked if you needed any information or to extend your stay. The only complaint is that you do need to use the DLR to access the hotel safely, if you come by Undertground you do have to walk through an Industrial site, so if returning late at night from the O2 or London this couls be off putting to some people.

Location is pretty good, Hotel is situated just a two minute walk from the dlr (Royal Victoria station) - This train connects you to an underground station in about 10/15 mins and once you are at the underground getting around the city/sights etc is easy!!! Its a perfect location for the excel and the o2 is not too far away. Hotel itself is super basic, small room, pod type bathroom, we had a lovely view over the docks though!! The restaurant has a basic menu, the bar opens all night, although after hours you have to take your drinks to the room!! Overall it did just fine, it was clean, staff were helpful and if I was looking for a cheap hotel in London, I would stay here again!!

1. The prepaid price is quite cheap and even lower than many Hostels and B&Bs. 2. ibis hotel always maintain a good standard quality in the cleanness and room, no matter which ibis hotel. 1. 預先付款的價錢很便宜,值得冒不可更改的風險 1. The shower in bathroom is a little bit broken and should be changed. 2. Location is in Zone 2, but not so close to city centre. Need to take DLR to the hotel, but the ticket fare of DLR is more expensive than tube. Location is very suitable for businessman only, because it besides Excel exhibition and City Airport. 2. 離市區有點遠,搭乘DLR票價偏貴,也是一種成本

The breakfast was pretty good. The room was comfortable for one person. The rooms are small & beds rather small. Try to install bigger beds. Also you should display hotel sign at Royal Victoria tube station. Overall the rom is good enough for onr occupant.

What I liked the most was, its location - 5minutes from London City Airport. Also, that it was 100mts from the Excel London. I like that you have parking available, that you have at least 6 different restaurants within walking distance. That the price is very good. During the six days that I was there, barely one or two nights I had some prompt answer to the phone : reception, room maintenance, etc.... like if there was nobody in the front desk!. I had to come down ( in pijamas) to see what was happening. Food is not that good - I got the most fattening Ceasar salad ever - flowing in dressing and with lots of cheese! During this period, the bartender was not nice (buff looking, but hard to get a smile from ). The worse that could happened was that one cannot have internet connection outside the room, in order to work with our own computer and therefore with other people - We all had to go into my room!!

The shower/bathroom was very nicely designed. It's location was ideal for me as i had a coach to park overnight and it is in close proximity to a convenient car park. All facilities required are available at the hotel.

It was a short walk across the paved area in front of the Excel Building. We had gone to an event there and the Ibis could not have been more convenient. It was very clean, friendly and good value for money. My husband didn't sleep too well because he could hear every noise - I slept like a log!!!

Location Over priced as staying for a 10 day exhibition and prices very inflated because of the event. Even allowing for the fact that the Ibis is a budget hotel the food at times was dreadful

Fine standards especially for the price Car parking for disabled customers should be free as they don't have the choice of using public transport.

Location (close to london on the docklands light railway), local environment (in the middle of the old docks), close to the Excel Exhibition Centre. Complicated to get my car out of the parking. HAd to go to the next door hotel and then return as the ticket would not let me out!

Clean, light & decent sized room with double bed & short 5min walk to dockland light railway station. Strange white plastic 'pod' style bathroom & no free wifi internet, charge was a quite high £1.00 for 20min or £10.00 a day.

Good location at raoyal victoria on jubilee line which is a remarkable line : It deserves the major touristic place in London: Wembley park,London bridge,O2 arena and the new Olympic park with the giant & superb mall Westfield. You take the tube at london bridge for example-> go down at canning town 10 minutes later and make the link with dlr to roayl victoria docks close to Excel convention center and soon the new emirates cable cars which link royal victoria+siemens hall exposition and o2 arena above waters with a superb aerial view of London A total disaster!! Avoid this hotel, the payment for the room has been taken two times ! I 've been reimbursed after asking several times to give me back my money through e mail with the direction of ibis. When we came around 14:00 there was several gropus of people waiting to register: 30 minutes before being taken in charge by a guy! Trash can are closed to door entrance and it smells very bad!! A shame!! Never I will go there! I was last year at ibis canary wharf , baffin way it was better. Keep your money and avoid this one at docklands!!!! A total disaster!!
