Quite easy to find from centre of Cambridge. Staff friendly. Although the self check-in was convenient as I arrived after 9pm, I would have preferred to have someone on the premises to check me into my room. Also, the security light only stayed on for a few seconds which wasn't long enough to enter the keypad code for the shed, leaving me in the dark which was a bit frustrating. |

The self service check in was useful to us and gave us time to visit Cambridge before arriving. The menu was very comprehensive and the availbility of the kitchen & lounge during the evening until 21.00 was useful. |

Good information and check-in. Cheerful cook at breakfast. Suggest it would be helpful for confirmation e-mail to include address and postcode for entry on Satnav. Room was small and noise carried from adjoining rooms. The price was high for the location and accommodation. |

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and access to kitchen facilities was an unexpected bonus. Rather strange check in system but it seemed to work |

the staff were very friendly and the location was great if you like a nice walk into town. the breakfast was great everything you would want. very clean rooms. the bed was very soft and hard to sleep on as it felt like a water bed i think the springs had gone! the room was very hot as the heating was always on and you could not turn it down by the radiator. |

Breakfast was OK and the access to the lounge & kitchen up until 21:00 hrs might suit some - made no difference to us though. Price was OK for Cambridge - there is not much cheap accommodation in that city! Information on the website stated this B&B was 1 mile - 20 mins walk - from the city centre. It is certainly not - it is over 2 miles (we checked) and around 45 mins walk via the most direct route. a bus/taxi is a necessity. Not nearly as convenient as we hoped. We found the bedding uncomfortable (pillows were dreadful - bring your own). |

It was clean and quiet and convenient for the city centre with a bus at the bottom of the road. It was a longer walk from the station than I had anticipated. Not that I minded the walk. |

The Haven is very quiet & comfortable. Free Wi-Fi connection. In our bathroom we had a shower and a bath with TV set. Good relaxation and good sleeping. Staff friendly. It is a good 30 minutes walk to Market Place not the advertised 15-20 mins (we are not slow walkers!). Quality of cooked breakfast no better than average, especially poor sausage. Somewhat over-priced. |

The general cleanliness and comfort. Very welcoming and friendly people. The room was always immaculate on our return each day. I wouldn't hesitate to use the Iceni on any future trips to the City. |

Personnel is very kind, nights are quiet, room is clean. Room 'Homestead' is very small with a shower which is so tiny. There is no facility to hang out towels. No space to unpack suitcases. (Other rooms seem to less small). Lobby closes at 21.00 hrs (tv switches off automatically) and notices hang throughout the B&B to instruct (forbid) guests. WiFi did not work. Overpriced. |
