Nice and welcoming staff! Enjoyed the stay.
Wet room was a little small but not a big issue
The calm of the surroundings , so peaceful and lovely. Staff and patron were charming and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Putting my daughter into University was made so much easier as we had the warm hospitality of Iffin Farmhouse.
Access into the Farmhouse was a path that had a loose pebbled pathway. If you had a suitcase on wheels which all of us had, it was a struggle. If they paved that path so suitcases could glide, this place would have no other real flaw.
We stayed in the cottage and had use of the large summerhouse as well with a further comfy bed. It was perfect, could wander down to the farmhouse for an excellent breakfast, then linger on the patio with a coffee, no rush to go out. Very friendly staff, cosy cottage, very well equipped for self catering and privately situated, no need to panic if the doing barked! Excellent location, 5 mins from Canterbury but in the middle of the country. Would recommend and definitely would go again. Quite a find!
Olde world farmhouse, comfy and welcoming. Massive room with spa bath. Quiet and relaxing. Largest selection of breakfasts I've ever come across
Would prefer separate tables for breakfast, not one large table for all guests
Convenience of rural peace near a congested city. Pleasant attractive setting. Quiet situation.
Lack of safety rails in bathroom.
Lovely, airy, bright, big rooms. Large, open, green spaces. Delicious, made-to-order breakfast spread. Friendly, young staff and service. Away from yet near the main sights of Canterbury.
These are not really major negatives: Small size TV set No cookies/ biscuits in the room.
We had a great time, the little cottage was cosy, the food excellent and so close to Canterbury.
The site was wonderful, the summer house was very relaxing and the bedroom was comfortable and attractive
The place was beautiful, we stayed here before dropping our son off at Kent Uni, a beautiful place excellent value for money excellent staff, will definately be using it as a base when we visit our son.
The room we had desperate for a new shower, couldn't get wet in the one in room
The staff were very welcoming and friendly, nothing too much trouble for them, the bedroom was really nice especially the jacuzzi bath ,surroundings were amazing and to finish off a big hearty breakfast, what more would anyone want.
Nothing,couldn't find any faults
The bed was very combatable and the choice and quality at breakfast was excellent.
Friendly on arrival welcomed with a pot of tea
Breakfast and evening meal very poor. Two courses at evening meal. How do you make salmon tough booked because they catered for allergies . I am coeliac first thing they bought was bread .For breakfast I had to supply own bread .The room was nice.but looked liked the owner had just moved out the room was full of locked wardrobes . £126 for bbem was very poor
Very close to Cantbury, but still in the country it was good that we could get a meal, and was also close to other fine dinning
liked it all
We strongly recommend to try the excellent dinner for a reasonable price.
Comfort and good bathroom facilities with plenty of hot water and a nice hot towel rail in the morning. Good choice at breakfast.
Location and quiet
Sweetness of dessert enough to burn the enamel off your teeth !
Room lovely, large and spacious. A quiet rural setting, but not far from Canterbury. Very helpful staff. Catered for my dietary needs very well Very good breakfast
A lovely spa bath, but It could have had a hand shower for washing hair!
Great location. Great hosts and great breakfasts.
Peaceful, delicious breakfast with local ingredients. So close to town, but without the hassle.
Nothing at all to complain about the accommodation. Parking in Canterbury is seriously expensive, so the Park and Ride is a must!
Owner really nice. Great breakfast and pleasant surroundings. Clean and tidy in all respects.
Stayed in the top cabin which we found a tad small for catering but great for a couple only needing to stay over.
the charming location, the friendly staff, the very nice room, the breakfast
the cleaning up of tables inside (breakfast) and outside
