Location was great and the room was well appointed. Wifi. There was only 1/ roll of toilet paper in one of the two bathrooms and the master bed was collapsing on the left hand side. The furniture in the room was very poor quality and clearly not coping with regular use by travellers.

From we first arrived we was greeted excellently by the staff. The room was very clean, no complaints about cleanliness. Excellent under ground parking. Close to deans gate and arndale shopping centre and about 15mins max to Trafford. So location was good. The mattress was a bit worn, the quilt had the filling coming out and the chest of draws was broken. Whilst we were staying the lights blew and they came and changed them as soon as we informed them.

I loved iida apartments, I did a fast check in, so that meant I could just check myself in without any fuss. The room was clean and spacious. I was stuggling with the tv, and as soon as I called the staff, they sent someone to show me how to use it. Very friendly staff. I have had bad experiences in the past with serviced apartments, but im really glad I came across iida apartments, everything was very smooth running, without any hiccups.

I liked the location. I thought the apartment was very small. The beds were small doubles! Also I was asked to secure the booking with a card which I did and when I arrived was asked to sign a credit card receipt, I queried this and was told the money had been taken from my card! I hadnt agreed to this and only used the card to secure the booking!!!

The position right south of the central area of Manchester No reception, nobody of the staff there, communication with the staff by international phone calls and international sms. The person I contacted promised to be there at agreed time, after a while I was waiting myself I had to call him, just to be told he couldn't come and I had to park the car in an open parking behind the corner. I had booked an underground parking for my car safety. I then have been first debited with underground parking and then credited only after complaining. The room was quite dirty and the door was open, actually for me to get in without personnel.

Good location. Clean. For the price I would expect at least a welcome at a Reception rather than someone meeting me outside the apartments in a car. Also I think for the price it would have been fairer if we could have had access on arrival day before 3pm and a later time on departure than 10am! Although clean, the apartment was lacking in certain essentials, ie no handtowel, bath mat, coffee table to put drinks by sofa etc. The lock to the apartment was tempramental. All in all very expensive for the quality of customer care!

It was clean with a good location. we didn't like several things. First - the management didn't show up and we needed to call them and even then they didn't come to the apartment until 11:00 the day after we arrived. The reason was clear as we were 3 persons in the 2 bedroom flat but there were only 2 towels, the chest of draws were both broken, the shower head in 1 bath was broken, the DVD player didn' t work, The drain in the kitchen could not be closed, broken glass on the balcony. all photographed.

Apartment was excellent value for money. Good communication from the guy who looked after it. We couldn't give an exact time of arrival to which he was very accommodating letting us check in via phone and he gave us the entry code. Tv didn't work and was in German. Took a while to change the language then had to retune it. Bedding had a dirty footprint and the shower was broken. You couldn't raise it over 4ft and I am 6ft!

We came for girls night out in Manchester! Loved the apartment!!! Amazing view of the city! Really great location, only took us 2 mins to get to deansgate locks. The check in went smooth and had great underground parking. Couldnt have asked for more! Will definitely be booking with iida apartments n the future.

stayed one night here for business. Would recommend iida apartments, and would stay here again. The staff were very personable, helpful and efficient. Enjoyed my stay, had everything a serviced apartment requires and more. Awesome location; walking distance from the city. Extremely satisfied

First of all the apartments were not even signed which meant our taxi driver had to go in circles to find it. It was not at all luxury, with broken chairs, stains on carpets, internal doors full of stains, broken vases. Dishwasher was blocked and full of stinky smelly water and debris. When we complained to rep, he simply said "keep it shut because ur not going to use it anyway" floors all over the apartment were sticky. Blinds in the bedroom were broken, there was rust in the kitchen cupboards We couldn't get the heating to work, even after ringing the rep and asking him how to do it. Overall I think the apartments were far too over priced for what we got, which made our whole weekend experience very awful, we had to cancel dinner bookings due to having to sort out problems.

Close to pubs. Cheap and basic for a one night stay. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Dirty towels. No toilet roll. Stains on bedding. Quite loud at night. Had to wait outside for over half an hour to be shown to our room.

The location. Also having the privacy of your own apartment. I felt it was expensive. For that amount a welcome food pack with a carton of milk, bread, tea, coffee, sugar etc should have been provided along with personal shower/ bath products. That would have helped to give a more luxourious feel.

“The hotel is in a really good location as we were up to visit the university, right in the heart of it all but tucked away. The price is just great and the room was large and airy. bathroom was a good size with a new shower area. The room has begun to be decorated and when complete is will look more modern. The breakfast was a surprise as it said continental and I expected a cold meal (for the price not much either) and we got an egg with toast! Couple of choices of cereal, tea, coffee and lovely fruit juice - just enough to get you up and out.” Georgette, Romsey |
