I'd asked for decaff tea/coffee in my room & they were supplied. When I was shown to my room, I was offered a jug of fresh milk (which I'd been planning to go out & buy). The breakfast decaff coffee was freshly made in a cafetiere, rather than instant which is usual for decaf drinkers.
