Location was good for us as it was quiet and well away from the bars and clubs. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast was lovely with a variety of food. The hotel was not value for money at £115.00. We stayed here one night and one night at The Hilton which cost £93.00 for exactly the same booking. We only booked this hotel becuase there was no room at The Hilton for 2 nights. The bed was small compared to the one in the Hilton. I would recommend you stay here but only if The Hilton was fully booked. |

Friendly staff poor quality rooms, tired public areas, inadequate staffing and still rather run down despite a multi-million pound refit. |

The location of this hotel was just right. Close to walk into town but also away from the stag/hen party's On our arrival the car park was full, so we went to ask what the parking arrangements were at reception. I was told rudely to double park my vehicle and leave the keys at reception, they would've relised if they had looked outside to double park would have block off all emergency access to the hotel. I tried to book a evening meal in the restaurant for 9pm but was told the restaurant closed at 9pm, but this is not what was quoted in the information pack in the room. Very disappointing for the cost of the room. |

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was good Room was dark, hot and very cramped. Pillows were awful. Too many screaming kids in the corridors and at breakfast. We also had to fight our way through buggies to enter the hotel - glad it was only one night - you have obviously got some deal for kids which would have been nice to know before we came. |

I went with my son and grandson to see Blackpool lights. The hotel was ideally situated for that. If we had gone during the summer it would have been an ideal hotel for going to the beach. It also had a swimming pool. |

Not a lot, been in lots of hotels around the world, the room we were in was the worse by far. Yes our room it was like a borading house from the 1970s ,the bed was just bigger than a single, the decor was drab, an old wardrobe was dumped in the corner, the TV did not work and was a very old fashioned one,if it had fell off the cheap cupboard it was ploned on it would have killed some one it was 4 feet wide by 4 feet deapth. For a £130.00 for one night never there or on here again. |

I thought the location was excellent as it was away from te hussle and bussle of Blackpools nightlife, yet only a short taxi ride away if you wanted to partake in Blackpools nightlife. The hotel itself was very well presented and the staff both pleasant and helpful. If there was one complaint, I thought my room was a tad small, but the decor was fine and more importantly clean. |

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Parking was plentiful and being right on the sea front was a bonus. The location of the hotel is also very good, far enough away from the pubs and clubs so as not to be disturbed but close enough to walk to should you choose. |

Our room was very clean and very comfortable, plenty of space, the bathroom was quite large, having read some reviews the night previous to our stay we were a little apprehensive about our booking. However, no complaints whatsoever. |

The staff, all very friendly. The dirty windows. Obviously it is by the sea but to book a room with a sea view is an utter waste of time. |

The breakfast was well above average, my room was very dissapointing, windows were dirty, piece of wood holding the window together, shower drain was blocked, the tv kept cutting out, for the money we paid we expected alot more. everyhing else was very good. |

After staying in several good hotels around the country in the last 12 months, the imperial is surely, the grandest, friendliest, the best value for money of them all. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. No hushed stuffy atmosphere at the breakfast table. Nice buzzy feel about the place. But not overcrowded. I will definately be going back very soon, and willbe trying the evening meal; as we could not on this visit still can't believe what good vallue for quality place [with a swimming pool too]. |

I thought the hotel looked impressive from the outside and was located in a good position. Our room was the main reason for not enjoying our stay. The bathroom facilities were very poor with just about room to use the toilet. If we had been in any way disabled or overweight this would not have been possible. Also the entrance area of the hotel was very dark. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel allowed us to bring our little dog. The double room that we had was more appropriate for someone travelling alone, although I did like the bathroom as it was spacious and had a hugh bath. I liked the original fixtures and fittings which gave it an old style charm. |

Excellent location, nice breakfast and ample parking. Quite rude receptionist, no definitive check in time, very rude Spa/Sauna admin worker. No courtesy, limited information from staff. Reception at both check in and treatment area were the worst I have experienced in 36 years. |
