Hotel is in front of the sea shore. Welsh breakfast is very good taste. Room is very clean and very large. Shower power is good. Bath room is large and bath size is so good. Location is downtown. Very kind staffs. And hotel has car park. But if need we can use cheaper public parking lot. And the price is cheap. I have 14 months boy but hotel service was so nice (Baby cod also nice). I think everybody can satisfy. Nothing.

Excellent position, even in the gales, sitting in the veranda enjoying afternoon tea and watching the world being blown past was a relaxing experience. Staff very cheerful and helpful. Breakfast very high quality. Bar tariff very reasonable.Public rooms and bedrooms decorated to high standard. Highly recommended. Parking is limited, but this is something the hotel is powerless to improve. We had disability badge, so on street parking was no problem.

Very warm and friendly, breakfast was lovely, everywhere spotlessly clean. Would have liked dinner served earlier to leave in time for theatre, as it was we had to eat somewhere else.

The location, overlooking the sea, comfort and quality of food, also the swimming pool. We visit the Imperial Hotel twice a month for lunch, so we know the hotel very well. This is the first time we have stayed there, and would do so again.

Fantastic sea front location, with easy access to the local ammenities. The staff are really friendly, but very professional. The hotel restaurant is very good, if a little pricey, and the service is excellent. The bedroom was to a good standard, with a lovely view over the bay.

On arrival the hotel was busy with lots of people in reception and lounge which is a good sign. The check was quick, friendly and efficient. We were given all information regarding the hotel without asking. Our room was excellent and impressed by the standard. Friends who we were meeting up with came to the hotel whilst we were out and left a message for us at the reception. When we came back to the room we found a nice letter from reception with details to contact our friends to meet up. When reception saw us they asked if we got the message. The whole hotel was buzzing and we had a lovely time and come again.

Instead glorious, freshly cooked, served All Welsh!

Reception staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful - any requests were always dealt with very promptly and efficiently. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, even with an extra bed and we had the sea view that I requested on booking. We made regular use of the pool and jacuzzi while we were there, and these were clean and well maintained with clean towels freely available which meant we didn't need to fill up the cases with beach towels! We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and the range of options for breakfast were very good.. The only thing we felt was missing from the room perhaps was a small fridge or cooler which would have been handy for keeping drinks cool but this didn't detract too much from our stay. The pool area could maybe benefit from some more cheerful decoration.

“The locatiion of this hotel is superb as it is on the beach front with only a short walk around the corner to the towns high street. Decour and fittings are all in good modern taste with a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all polite, well presented and helpful. In particular, i found the young lady receptionist a credit to the establishment. My room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had the usual choice of full english, toast and cereals.” Richard, Biggleswade |
