Wifi should be free for such a room price. Service at the bar is extremely slow. Every time I order a beer I got to wait at least 10 minutes. Last time, it was measured to be 14 minutes : I had to remind an other waiter. This is based on my >5 last stays in GM. I find it really painful.

It was nice to be able to relax I felt the room should have been bigger for the price we paid plus it was supposed to be a family room for up to 2 kids if we had 2 kids with us there would have been no floor space. I also felt that £5 tray charge for room service was a bit expensive and the room service menu was also expensive.

vriendlijke staff 17 pound for ontbijt?!? The hote is completely remote from any shops, so the only options are the restaurant bar which is horribly overpriced as is the hotel. Also the view is grotesque

We were attending a wedding in the |Incyra Suite,to have the use of our room during the reception, we had to exit the hotel and walk outside to gain access to the reception, in the inclement weather this was not very good.

Attended a wedding & the hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and efficent. Very welcomng. Would recommend to others. Disabled facilities poor. Had an elderly relative with us and to get to function suite had to go outside, as he was unable to use the stairs within the hotel.

The staff were excellent. Our room was terrible. Broken furniture, cracked sink, genrally shabby. The pool was closed following a child being sick in it, not the gotels fault but it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Very expensive for a shabby room.

Quiet location. Reasonable style to hotel So-called double bed was ridiculously small. I don't believe it should qualify as a double bed

Close to business. Rooms are fine. Swiming pool is great. 1) Wifi is very expensive : most competition offers it free. 2) Service at the restaurant in the evening is very often quite slow. Young staff seems usually not experienced enough.

long swimming pool. good hamam. Wifi is not free of charge : this is incredible when comparing to most hotels. Reception desk forgot to take a print of my credit card. As a consequence, they chased me in my room to be able to enter the bill in their system.

The Spa and pool were lovely. Dinner in the restaurant was poor value for money and there were not many vegetarian options. T.V. In room didn't work and no-one was available to look at it over weekend. Damp flaking paint and filler around window in room.

Clean and comfortable hotel. There was a problem when paying with company VISA debit card that prevented me from charging to the room, this was a big inconvenience. I have not experienced this issue at other hotels..
