Hotel Indigo Glasgow  

Room decor was cosy. The indigo colour scheme of the room was really pretty. Good location close to shopping area.

The room we got, 119, had a shower area that leaked water from the corner. The dry area got flooded as a result. There were 2 causes: waterproofing not done properly and a fundamental design flaw to the shower screen. There isn't a door that you can close just a partial glass screen so water runs down the glass and along the metal strip at the bottom and onto the dry area. We stayed 2 nights so we didn't request for a change of room due to the trouble of having to repack all our stuffs so we just try to make do by standing closer to the side and try not to get the shower screen wet. There was nothing we could do with the leaky floor though.

The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although we both prefer a bath the shower was excellent. We liked the cocktail menu and range of rums.

We would have liked somewhere we both could sit in the room. The room itself was a little smaller than we had been expecting for an Executive King Room. There was a slice of mouldy bread on the buffet table. We did try to alert staff but it was taken before we could.

The free wifi, the contemporary but glamorous design, the free mini bar and the very reasonably priced breakfast. Everything, really!

I liked the location of the Hotel ideal for bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfy and lovely bathroom.

Welcome, quality of room

1/the staff were very helpful. 2/ room was very clean and nicely decorated. 3/ food selection was ok . 4/ location excellent for getting buses/airport bus and trains from.

1/ on the first night they had run out of white wine off their wine selection menu due to a wedding party. this remained the same until the final start of our stay (3 nights). 2/ on the final night we had to choose from their lunchtime menu. 3/ bed was very hard.

Lack of space to hang clothes, no heated rail for towels in bathroom, would have liked more options on menus, price of drinks in bar.

Poor selection for continental breakfast buffet, although cooked part was nicer. No bath.

the choice of drinks at the bar was limited. the bar and sitting area was very quiet and didn't encourage you to stay. could do with a friendlier atmosphere to encourage more guests to stay in hotel after dinner.

The restaurant/food, the decor, the beds, the TV services, the staff and the location. Good products in the bathroom and free mini bar. It was generally good value for money.

The bathroom had no where to hang up (wet) towels and there was a problem with the shower which meant the floor of the rest of the bathroom got quite wet. Not sure if this was due to a leak or water running down the shower screen. Also, not enough draw and hanging space.

The staff were very welcoming, hotel is very modern and looked after to the highest standard. Was also really quiet even tho it was a saturday evening. Receptionist was very helpful in booking us a taxi in the evening.The car park next to the hotel is very helpful.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They allowed us to check in 3 hours early. The rooms were really stylish and a nice size. Good location about 10 minutes walk to shops. Hotel was nice and quite at night so allowed for a great nights sleep. Complimentary minibar was a nice touch too.

Lovely shique hotel. Modern design, much my style. Lovely rooms, dining area, foyer, bar etc. Receptionost very helpful providing information. Comfortable room and bed.

Decor was beautiful... Loved the shower!

Over priced for what you get, frankly the premier inn has a better bed, my back was killing me!! Nothing overly special about the hotel... Ok location but again premier inn is closer to the shops etc... Far too expensive...
