The staff were efficient and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, modern with vibrant colours, well equiped and spotlessly clean. We had a meal in the hotel which was tasty and full of flavour. Great location for getting around, but very quiet at night, so sleeping was easy - even at the front of the hotel
Can't think of anything
Very near to the Tube, friendly, helpful staff, lovely quiet hotel, comfortable rooms.
Nothing at all.
During our visit the hotel was in renovation period which was not so convivinient becouse if noises and fresh painting smells As well i asked for twin room as i was with my grandson but we have got double bed.
air condition system
One of the best aspects of quality is the food. It is fresh health orientated and tasty. The excellent breakfast spread is excellent. The decor is creative and unique. The rooms are classy an comfortable with a beautiful big bathroom. We love the quality of the towels. We received excellent customer service from Piera Romano who sensitivity to customer needs and ability to " manage the wait " is an example of best practice in customer service tha t should be used in training programmes.
Initially waiting for the waiting for check -in, however this was so professionally addressed by Piera's customer service skills that what could have potentially been a negative experience was transformed into a very positive one. My husband and I will always try to stay at the Indigo Hotel when in London
The friendly staff, an amazing ambiance with the jazz music during our delicious breakfast. So lovely and memorable to visit it again.
Location and general friendliness of staff
Ongoing renovations. The staff did help in every way to compensate for this
Extras such as mini bar and toiletries Range and excellent quality of breakfast Friendly, efficient and helpful staff Proximity to transport
Cost of in-house cocktails Poor telephone reception in basement room Very loud air conditioning that turned on during the night
Staff, room, shower, breakfast, ambience.
I've never stayed a hotel this good. Very friendly! I have a lot pf expectations and complain easily but no bad comments on this hotel. Perfect location aswell. There was a minor problem with the booking because of booking.com but the staff did everything to solve it and they succeded. We go to London once a year but thanks to the good service of this hotel we will be tjere again in 3 months. Xe were treated like VIP. Thank you Indigo!
Nothing at all!
Super comfy bed, good size room with nice decor, good bathroom, convenient location for transport links all over London, free mini-bar.
No power point in bathroom for hairdryer (which was in the desk drawer and took some finding!). Not a huge fan of Earls Court area but it's a good choice if you want to catch the tube to/from Heathrow.
The room was large and the seating area was great. The proximity to the tube was great too.
The shower wasn't as clean as I would've liked for a 4-star hotel
Close proximity to Tube and able to walk to many other places. Modern decor Lovely rooms with walk in showers Breakfast- freshly cooked and lots of choice. Friendly staff Given lovely plate of chocolate brownies and a card for our anniversary-a lovely touch.
Noisy air con-had to switch it off at night then it was very warm in the room.
The location The interior design The staff's helpful and friendly attitude Room is small but still good for central london standard.
We asked for a quiet room, while we were given a room not close to the exits or lifts, a pump installed practically in our room was working thoughout the night. We didnot ask to change the room because we only discovered that when we were going to bed!
Staff are friendly and accommodating unlike other hotels in Earl's Court...
Pricy. Lower a bit will do.
Friendly well presented hotel.great location 2 minutes from shops, pubs and tube station on Earls Court Road.
Brilliant location, a minute from Earls Court tube, on Picadilly line from Heathrow or Kings Cross. Very helpful staff, great rooms with cute extras. Definitely recommend.
Bottom floor room had staff exit going past our window which was a bit off-putting.
Location, spacious room, cool sanctuary from the summer heat, wonderful staff.
Great location and big rooms.
Wifi was slow
stylish, large room, great location, helpful staff
We loved everything about this hotel! What a hidden gem. The staff were so friendly and polite, the reception & bar very clean and modern. The porter took our bags to our room, concierge gave us a room Upgrade because it was my 30th birthday. The room itself was amazing. The nicest we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail is second to non, they have thought about everything and the little things really make it. Loved the decor, the bright green wardrobe with free mini bar was fab! Bathroom was gorgeous and biggest shower I have ever seen! Very large comfy bed and the tv has a record function similar to Sky+. Also for my birthday there was a handwritten personalised card and chocolate cake with mixed berries waiting for me in the room!!! Cannot wait to return to the Hotel Indigo Kensington! Best hotel I have ever stayed in by far.
That we only booked 1 night! We could have stayed here for a week!! No negatives at all!!!!
This is a wonderful hotel, with great staff and their breakfast buffet is simply amazing, stunning in it's set-up and with a seemingly endless variety in delicacies. Nice, comfy rooms (we had a King room) and the shower is simply delicious. We simply loved this hotel.
shower drain was quite slow and it looked as if it would overflow onto the floor of the bathroom which stepped down into the hotel room. We let them know it was slow, but it seemed they did nothing to it. Poor design.
