The location being so close to Paddington station was excellent and a good selection of local restaurants plus the hotel was very contemporary in design. No |

This hotel is great! The staff are super friendly! The rooms are clean, and, while they are not exactly spacious, they are well-organized. But most of all the location is perfect, around the corner from the Praed Street tube, accross the street from the train station, and a 5 min walk to Hyde Park. I also felt safe travelling alone, and the hotel room had all the amenities I wanted. |

Superb design - bathroom terrific - one of the best showers I've ever had - wonderful lighting makes a small room pleasing to be in. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was small but for no problem for the single traveller - very pleasing design made up for a lot. |

The room was luxurious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. At night it was quite noisy on the street outside with people outside singing and shouting. We had a room looking out onto the main street. |

It was enjoyable. The bed was a little hard for my tastes. Occasionally a noise would come out of the smoke detector which was a little jarring. And the cable went in and out every few minutes. |

How close it was to Paddington Station, eating places and the sightseeing bus.The retro decor was a relaxing change from the traditional hotels and the bright and airy atmosphere was great Double glazed window, or shutters, could have kept street noise to a minimum. As power points aren't allowed in bathrooms, a wired-in hairdryer would have been handy, or a power point near a mirror. |

The design of the room was gorgeous, really lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary bottles of water every day, and chocolates for bedtime. The location was excellent, especially on the last day when we had to catch a train to Heathrow airport - it took us less than an hour from hotel room to airport terminal! We were given a room in the basement :-(. To be fair, however, there were French windows on one side of the room that let in some light, even though they could not be opened. And, it's still a little on the pricey side. |

Room design and funishings, great staff, good bathroom and cleanliness, good gym equipment. Good hotel restaurant/cafe. An abundance of local restaurants, pubs and cafes. Room a little on the small side (it seems most hotels are going this way though). Breakfast is expensive - there are local cafes/bakeries that do great breakfasts for less than half the price. |

Very stylish rooms. Small but with everything I needed. Housekeeping staff barging into my room without even knocking. Totally unacceptable. |

The staff were pleasant and helpful and the location excellent for transport to and from Heathrow. It is also very close to the pPaddington Tube station and buses run directly to the main Oxford Circus/Piccadilly Circus shopping area. The room had a v ery good bathroom. My room an ExecutiveSingle was very small, with barely enough room to have my suitcase there. However I noticed that the double rooms seemed to be much better with more space for luggage etc. |

Yes we love it, esp. the location which is just 15 mins away by airport express and just few mins walk fr the terminal. However we were given a room at the basement, it is a bit crowded than what it was seen in the photos. Also, the room is a bit packed than we imagined. Overall, its good since its new, clean & stylish. |

When I used the emergency stairs with friends without realizing that it was for emergency purpose, the hotel staff said to us bluntly, " It is an emergency stairs. Don't use it, OK ?" Is this the normal way the hotel guests are spoken to. ? The decoration of the room does not fit my taste, maybe on the contrary. It made me a bit uncomfortable. The facility might be very modern and useful if the hotel guest knows how to use it. |
