Hotel Indigo London-Paddington    

Location is everything, next to Paddington Station so Heathrow is one stop away. Room is very, small bathroom. free WIFI and complimentary softdrink are perfect.

Breakfast, been here for three or four times now, but if the breakfast doesn't change, I'll probably change hotel. Main reason is that the buffet is limited to cereals, a croissant and cheese. Menu offers eggs or eggs. Would be nice to have a proper continental breakfast as an option.

Hotel didn't change sheets over a 3 day stay. Poor checkin reception staff.

I like facilities and service

Front staff so very helpful and courteous. Any request was immediately addresed ( we requested a top sheet - done). Came in late after the theatre and although dr was closed, chef prepared us a light meal.

Very good location next to Paddington tube and railway station. Vary cozy room. Nice food with full breakfast included. Complementary minibar and comfortable big bed.

A bit tight in the room though I'm a big guy :)

Room was adequate.

Disapointing breakfast. Took too long to get the basics and ran out early. (Went to the shop next door to buy yogurt) Wrong order received by a number of tables. Meal was cold.Harrased waiting staff who didnt seemed bothered.

The "Standard Double" was spacious, at least for a London hotel. Hotel in excellent condition, courteous and efficient staff, good facilities. Excellent location just around the corner from Paddington, yet no street noises.

Slightly pricey, but you get what you pay for. Beware that the highest-numbered rooms (5xx) are not on the top floor but in basement.

Convenience and location

Very friendly staff. Room was small but well equipped and comfortable. And we were lucky to have an outside patio, great in Summer. At the same time the bathroom was huge. Facilities are very new, so everything works well. Free wifi was great. Breakfasts were good.

Watch the shower floors - they're very slippery! The rooms were very hot so you needed the air conditioning on, but it was a little noisy and obviously dries you out if you have it on all night. TV channels could be improved - no CNN or SkySports?

There isnt much not to like about this hotel.

Room was comfortable and had all the necessary things, in a compact space. Staff were friendle. Location is very convenient for airport and getting to other parts of the city.

Initially I was given a small room but later change to a larger one.

Location, Location, Location .. very close to Paddington tube (underground) station that part of Bakerloo, Circle, District and the Hammersmith & City lines. In addition to Heathrow Express dedicated line. Receptionists were really nice and friendly. They provide help with all necessary from maps, directions, and recommendation and suggestions. WiFi Connections was with reasonable speed for free service, internet cable was available too. The free Mini-bar was an add that wasn't expected.

Rooms and bath are a bit tiny but has all facilities needed. Movies on demand was a bit highly priced.

The hotel is ideally placed for the Paddington district and the Heathrow express. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, and it is close enough to Hyde Park or Oxford Street to walk. Although my room was small, it was spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Clean, well designed and amazing staff.rain shower was a nice touch and free soft drinks.

Bed is small, however its expected as the rooms are typically small like most london hotels.

Good location 200m from padington station, Staff very helpfull and went out of there way to help.

Double room was very small could not manage to open both cases at once.

Quiet,tidy rooms, lovely design, situated in a buzzy little street with a lot of restaurants and street cafés. Yet quiet in the evenings. Working elevator (important for my mother, who can't walk stairs anymore). Tube and bus station around the corner.

Shower was good

Room was tiny and either too hot or too cold. Too many ambient lights on devices everywhere. Door stop on floor in the middle of the narrow gap between bed and wall is actually dangerous.
