Mycket snyggt designat hotell, med toppenbra läge intill Paddington Station, Hyde Park och lätt att ta sig till city, både till fots & med buss. Jättebra frukostbuffé. Ganska dåligt ljudisolerade fönster, varför även den måttliga trafiken störde något. |

Nytt fräscht hotell med perfekt läge vid Paddingon station och tunnelbana. Vackra rum och trevlig personal. Frukosten (som inte ingår i priset) var fräsch och helt OK om än dyr (men det är ju London...) |

Gorgeous bathroom. Great room service and restaurant menu. Incredibly helpful staff. Great location near Heathrow express. Tiny room had no space to open my suitcase and was so small that I could not help but keep injuring myself on the door stopper. Very high price of wine on menu. |

Superb service from the moment one arrives at the door. Free wifi a big plus. Our only wish was that we could stay a bit longer than our city break would allow us. |

Very clean and beautifully designed rooms - if a bit small - but hey its in the middle of London - shower in the ensuite was fantastic and the items in the mini bar not your run of the mill stuff and reasonable and Wi Fi was free - lovely boutique hotel - highly recommend |

Very convenient for Paddington Station and fast transfer to Heathrow Airport. Hotel very modern and pleasant to stay at. My single room was very small & I would have preferred more info as I would have booked a regular room if I had known it was so small. Mostly holels single rooms are the same as the regular room size only budget priced for single occupancy |

Although the room was not huge, it was a good size, well designed and attractive with a really comfortable bed and a great shower. There was a bit of street noise during the night. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms, although on the small side were well equipped, clean and well maintained. Ideal location for central London and tube connections. Prices at the bar and in the restaurant tend to be on the high side. |

The decor and bathrooms were very attractive and the beds were lovely with feather quilts. The hotel also was close to Paddington Station which made travel on trains very easy. Wonderful buffet breakfast for reasonable prive in hotel restaurant. The bedrooms on 4th floor only allowed view from top half of windows as outside buidling structure blocked the view. The reception staff were foreign and did not know where grenwich village was. Also told us that the department stores did not stay open late on Thursday when we found out later they did until 8pm- did not have local knowledge you would expect from 4 star hotel. |

We've stayed at a few hotels in this area when using the Heathrow Express, and this was the best of them. Also the most expensive, but we felt that we got what we paid for. No complaints at all, everything was as advertised, staff were friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay. |

Superb bathroom! The best I've ever had in a London hotel. Spotless clean room, too with a fresh and modern look. And yes the room is small, but this is London (!) and it's still best value for money I ever experienced in London. |

The hotel is very pretty. I usually travel to hotels that are comfortbale and attractive so that is important for me. The resturaunt staff and porters were very friendly and accomodating. The food was really good. I found some persons (not all) at reception rather aloof/cold. I found the accomdation pretty but rather crammed and think it could have been alleviated by changing simple things like dropping the bed lower. |
