Hotel Indigo London-Paddington  

Great location,boutique hotel very new and renovated style. Wooden floor and not "moquete" (something really difficult to find in uk). The fact to have wifi access in the room as well as tea amenities was very much appreciated!

It was not clarified when doing my reservation in booking that standards rooms are not twin beds but only double beds.I Also was very dissapointed by some missing information in the website like that all twin beds are on the underground floor (as they informed me during the check-in) so at the end of the day I had not choice if I would like to have some natural light but to share the bed with my mother. Due to some comments made during my check-in I had the impression that they have as policy to assign the worse rooms (underground) to those coming with reservation making with booking.com. So as personal suggestion it would be maybe appropiated to make this point with the hotel direction as we are paying normal fees to be treated as normal guests.

We have no complaints about the hotel Indigo at all. We were very pleased.

Breakfast was a bit slow in the morning.

- I don't know why but the alarm clock in the room was ringing at 08.00 A.M.every morning.

Excellent staff attitude , helpful and extremely polite . Design of room is also good .

This hotel is nice and small. I stayed in a single room. It is nice size and the room decoration is beautiful. The room and the bathroom are clean. They offer Wifi free of charge. The hotel is not located on the main road, because of that it is quiet in the night. I was really happy to stay in this hotel.

This hotel is located from Paddington Station on foot at about five minutes. If you entrust your travel bag to the hotel，you will be able to possible to go sightseeing in the London city by hands-free. If you stay hotel in the London city ，you necessitate to carry a travel bag from the hotel in the city to Paddington Station . but、this hotel does not necessitate that. It was very beautiful room.

Naturally, a single room was made narrowness.

The decor was lovely. Rooms were clean. Shower was excellent. It was quiet.

My room was so small it was claustrophobic. I could not even get around my bed if I put my suitcase on the floor. The price for such a small room was unreasonable.

A terrific location - right next to Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express and easy access to the rest of London via tube. The room was comfortable and a good size, the hotel clean and smart. The staff were amongst the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered.

A very good location, 3 min walk from the Paddington station. Nice, humorous and welcoming staff. A stylish place and a stylish room, a nice rain shower. A big and comfortable bed, a roomy bathroom (for London). Free wlan. Quiet in the room. Relaxed, but at the same time a high quality environment. Overall very positive experience.

The room was quite small but that's very common in London, this actually was bigger and much better designed than many other places close by. Somewhat noisy air conditioning, however, did not disturb me.

Recently renovated hotel, very clean, functional design. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location close to Paddington station is very covenient, either to get to Heathrow with the Heathrow Express (15 minutes,every 15 minutes) or to Central London by bus or underground. There are several bars and restaurants close by, but it's not necessary to venture outside the hotels London Street Bistro which offers great variety. The hotel looks and feels new with a great energy about it. Unbeatable value for money!

Nice modern, quiet clean room with great shower. Excellent location and very friendly staff.

The room was barely big enough for the bed. Little room to put anything anywhere!
