Hotel Indigo London-Paddington  

Otel Indigo'da 3 gece kaldık, bu süre içerisinde Londra'da en keyif aldığımız deneyimlerden biriydi diyebilirim. Oncelikle otelin temizliği, personelin yardım severliği bizi çok memnun etti. Şehir turu yapabilmek için otelin konumu harika. Otobüs, metro herşey 2 dakikalık yürüme mesafesi.

The location is fantastic. Only 5 mins form Heathrow Express station. Value for money and staff were great!

Great central location especially for the Heathrow express as we were flying out early to another destination. Room was small but vey well finished with a large TV and free wi-fi was a bonus. The restaurant was OK but there were plenty of others near by. Staff were all very helpful the hotel even a small gym. Would recommend for couples, probably not good for young families. Loved the modern deco.

The location is absolutely perfect! 1 min walk to the metro Paddington and probably 2 min - to the railway station. It is clean, friendly and very nice. Really best value for money!

The room was rather small but perfect for 1 person. Though the bathroom was big enough :)

Great location - close to Paddington Station. Hotel Indigo is just a few minutes walk from the station, which gives you easy access to all of London by underground/bus. Clean rooms, and the staff is extremly friendly. Soft drinks and water is complimentary, and the free WiFi is fast. And I just love the rain shower with the large towels and bathrobes/slippers. One day of our stay there was some problem with the lift, and as a compensation for that we were offered unlimited tv, radio, movies and internet package for free for the rest of our stay. A hotel with great location, spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, free WiFi - what more do you need for a great hotel stay in the city? We can't think og anything else. It was our third stay at this hotel, and we will strongly recommend it. Next time we are in London we'll definately stay at Indigo Paddington!

The staff were fantastic and helpful which I was grateful for after flying for 30 hours! The room was perfect, the turndown service was a fantastic, unexpected extra as was the complimentary water and soft drinks.

This hotel is located from Paddington Station on foot at about five minutes. If you entrust your travel bag to the hotel，you will be able to possible to go sightseeing in the London city by hands-free. If you stay hotel in the London city ，you necessitate to carry a travel bag from the hotel in the city to Paddington Station . but、this hotel does not necessitate that. It was very beautiful room.

Naturally, a single room was made narrowness.

The service at thos hotel was far from good which resulted in the manager having to discount my bill on check out. If you are looking for a hotel where you can enjoy breakfast before a long day ahead this is not the place for you. The service was so bad I cancelled the order I was eventually able to make after 5 attempts as I was unable to wait any longer than the 30 I already had when I was told that it would be at least a further 10mins before my breakfast could be served. A word of caution - the hotel only has one relatively small lift which is very restricting for disabled guests especially if as during my stay the stairs were out of use of guests due to maintenance work.

Wifi everywhere, sidewalk seating at the restaurant, great breakfasts and all in a super clean, very attractively designed hotel with super helpful staff. What else could you ask for?

Nice hotel and ecelent location

Very nice hotel. My room was excellent, the staff was great and accommodated all of my needs. The location is also very good. Would recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.
