Hotel Indigo London-Paddington

Superb service from the moment one arrives at the door. Free wifi a big plus. Our only wish was that we could stay a bit longer than our city break would allow us.

Very clean and beautifully designed rooms - if a bit small - but hey its in the middle of London - shower in the ensuite was fantastic and the items in the mini bar not your run of the mill stuff and reasonable and Wi Fi was free - lovely boutique hotel - highly recommend

Although the room was not huge, it was a good size, well designed and attractive with a really comfortable bed and a great shower.

There was a bit of street noise during the night.

The room was really good, very modern, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I would definitely stay there again.

The air conditioning in room was not effective; therefore very stuffy and sleep interupted

The decor and bathrooms were very attractive and the beds were lovely with feather quilts. The hotel also was close to Paddington Station which made travel on trains very easy. Wonderful buffet breakfast for reasonable prive in hotel restaurant.

The bedrooms on 4th floor only allowed view from top half of windows as outside buidling structure blocked the view. The reception staff were foreign and did not know where grenwich village was. Also told us that the department stores did not stay open late on Thursday when we found out later they did until 8pm- did not have local knowledge you would expect from 4 star hotel.

Superb bathroom! The best I've ever had in a London hotel. Spotless clean room, too with a fresh and modern look. And yes the room is small, but this is London (!) and it's still best value for money I ever experienced in London.

The hotel is very pretty. I usually travel to hotels that are comfortbale and attractive so that is important for me. The resturaunt staff and porters were very friendly and accomodating. The food was really good.

I found some persons (not all) at reception rather aloof/cold. I found the accomdation pretty but rather crammed and think it could have been alleviated by changing simple things like dropping the bed lower.

stayed with the family in kings room. The room was abit small for 3 but it was a nice room. we were sightseeing around london and paddington location was very convenient.

housekeeping - it was not consistent in regards to how many glasses they left for us each night and there was only one teaspoon between us. only a small amount of milk and tea for each day - need to consistently ring up and ask for more despite requesting for more in a written note.
