only downside seemed to be a noise coming from a vent shaft in bedroom

Complimentary mini bar. Hotel and restaurant staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The room was nice and the bed comfy.

We couldn't open the window in the room to let a bit of air in.

The air-conditioning was very good but I'd have appreciated a small window for ventilation during the night.

Location. Great friendly staff who were helpful to us during our first stay in Liverpool and even provided us with a pack of things we could do during our stay. clean, stylish and funky decor, easy access to where we wanted to go. Free wifi and complimentary mini bar were also very well received

No view as we're overlooking a car park, however we can understand this due to location of hotel in amongst commercial district

Hotel was very good, and served Its purpose.

Mini bar was not fully stocked. There was a glove on the floor beside one of the beds. No batteries in the remote control.

All staff excellent, great to have iron and ironing board in room.

Check out was a bit early at 11, not a fan of that type of shower

Having to queue for tea and coffee at breakfast time - not acceptable in 4 star hotel - Tea and coffee should be provided to tables in suitable containers

Maybe a few blinds in the room as when you open the curtains you are looking at an office block of men looking at you. Not ideal!

The decor of the room and reception was exquisite. The equipment in the gym was fantastic. We very much enjoyed the breakfast and complimentary refreshments in the room. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very well situated. Parking was in close proximately of the hotel.

We didn't appreciate the noisy heating system which continued throughout the night with its incessant disturbance. The room was freezing cold on arrival.

It's a very smart hotel. With all facility's you would expect. It's in a good place in Liverpool

I seen a few cockroaches behide the desk both in indigo uniform . The staff are most arrogant people I have ever met. And Liverpool being full of friendly people

Very trendy, clean and staff were excellent, close to shopping and train station only short taxi ride away, food was to die for in the evening, would def stay again.

Only downside was our executive suite did not have a bath and the complementary mini bar was a bit sparse.

I picked this hotel out from a big group of possibles, hoping it would be a good decision. It met all expectations, but its big difference is that it feels less formula and more individual. I'd pick it again and for a Liverpool break it's just about spot on.
