“ The owner was very accommodating to my late arrival and very early departure! The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. My only regret is that I wasn't able to stay longer and enjoy the place more! ”

I enjoyed my 2 night stay very much. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. Room and dwelling were spotlessly clean and owner was very amicable. I shall definitely keep Andrew's card and shall stay on my next visit. Very relaxing place to be.

Large clean comfortable rooms with excellent facilities. Top quality breakfasts cooked to order. Friendly and helpful owners. Convenient location close to station. There is a dog on the premises which some people may not like.

Great location, near bus and railway stations. Very friendly people running it, I felt that I was part of the family. Excellent breakfast, nice room and very inexpensive. Recommended. Not used to noise from passing traffic, and slightly awkward to park as I had to reverse into it and it was on corner of busy road But not too bad considering the plus points above.

The friendly welcome and the feeling of being part of the family. Very relaxed stay with a gorgeous breakfast served hot and tasty in a very kind atmosphere and fresh coffee in the garden. The room was very lovely, clean at arrival and throughout during my stay. Will certainly return in spring, if possible

I visited Edinburgh for a congress in the Edinburgh International Congress Centre. This venue was easy to reach from the Inglewood B&B: the Inverkeithing train station is close by and the train ride to Haymarket takes 15-25 minutes. The rooms are spacious and quiet and the breakfast was superb. A great and affordable starting point for a trip to Edinburgh. Nothing

Highest standard of cleanliness and comfort for a b&b. Friendly family make you very welcome and excellent choice for breakfast. Limited parking on driveway and located in a residential area with little local facilities but there is a pleasant restaurant/bar only a short drive away and a local take away.

It was great value for money. I would have been even better if there was a small desk in the room. The location was a bit out of the way, no restaurants nearby but it didn't matter.

An excellent b & b and good value for money. Good decor, clean, good quality breakfast and friendly proprietor. Rooms with views of the magnificent Forth bridge and very close to the train station and minutes from Edinburgh. The only minor down side to my particular room - no toilet meaning a trip down corridor but that aside would recommend to anyone. No ensuite toilet.

The room upstairs was modern and comfortable and the food was well cooked and on time when we needed to be. The feeling was very much of a private home The corner location was a bit difficult to negotiate but at least off street parking was provided.

Very pleasant 'family feel' accommodation within quiet residential area. Within five minute easy walking distance from train and bus station. Basic shopping (incl. Atm) requirements within maybe eight minute walking distance. Excellent pre-arrival communication with clear and concise responses. Fast easy to connect Wi-Fi. On the whole, I thought, exceptional value for money. I would definitely make use of the venue again! 10/10 I find the world over all accommodation facilities generally do not take personal preferences into consideration, like only brown sugar or honey, herbal teas, healthy bread alternatives. But, as I did not enquire beforehand, perhaps this is not a valid comment. ;-) The breakfast otherwise was of excellent value and variety.
