Location Quietness Friendly owners
This was a lovely place. Great location. Very peaceful. We even got a lift into town! Breakfast was great. Shame it was a flying visit!
Friendly helpful cosy quiet very restful in a lovely setting the sheep grazing in the fields either side of the drive set the scene. Very comfortable bed and excellant breakfast with the added fun of feeding chickens before we left. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family Helen & Graham
We loved the location, just outside Stratford upon Avon in a rural setting. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The room we had was for 3 of us, very large and comfortable with a large separate bathroom that looked out over the fields. There was also a separate robe area. The house is very old with lots of charm. Breakfast was delicious and excellent value.
Great hosts. Good food. Quiet country-side. Close to town.
Wi-fi had a weak signal at times.
Nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast orders were taken on arrival. A Really nice place to stay
The location. It's only a few minutes drive from the city centre yet has the tranquil countryside around.
A lighted sign at the entrance to the drive way would be very useful as we returned late in the evening and it's a little difficult to see when we should be turning in.
Liked everything ! Would highly recommend
Proprietors friendly and helpful but not intrusive. House has character and charm, much nicer than faceless hotel room. Everything we needed to hand. Great to have Wifi in a traditional property.
Beautiful farmhouse that we chose for its close proximity to Warwick and Shakespeare country. Just an overnight stay but proprietors Sue and John were very welcoming and helpful and their lovely abode was a pleasure to visit. A delicious, ample breakfast set us all up for the day. Would highly recommend.
Location and owners were excellent. Very peaceful.
No good cyclepath but there was a possibility
Beautiful surroundings, pleasant helpful couple, excellent breakfast.
lack flexibility of the menu & times to eat
Amazingly friendly staff! So quiet at night - best sleep I've had for ages.
