Welcoming Inn in absolutely wonderful location. The views from the room and the terrace were spectacular.Food appeared to be locally sourced. Only real downside was the fact that the nearby car ferry started to operate at c.6.00am.the alarm for the raising and lowering of the access ramp was intrusive. |

Excellent location on the quieter side of Loch Linnhie. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was a little hard. |

What a find this hotel was. Full of character. The meals were excellent and well prepared and presented. The staff could not have been more helpful and it was with regret that we had to leave to go onto our next destination. We will be back. No, everything about this hotel was perfect. |

The staff and proprietors were friendly and helpful. The food was reasonable The hotel is a bit remote and you are a committed to eat and drink there. They have no real ale on tap |

Be careful to note that the Inn requires a ferry. We almost missed it and would have had to drive another 2 hours to keep our reservation. |

Beautiful location, very good, friendly and attentive staff. Good bar and restaurant Bedroom walls very thin, pine beds creak and their occupants can be heard clearly!! Need better soundproofing |

Breathtaking scenery, with the additional thrill of the access by ferry. Warm, personal and simple contact with staff. Low price. Room not dark enough at night, |

It was a nice location by the ferry and some good walks nearby but the weather was not the greatest - not the hotel's fault. We felt the dining/breakfast room area a bit dull, the bar food was nothing special and on the whole overpriced by about 20%. The breakfast was ok. |

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. The Hotel is excellently located with fantastic views The food was terrible - very poor value for money, not freshly prepared - e.g. the "best quality chicken breast" describen in the menu for the chicken burger was actually 3 very poor quality frozen child-size chicken burgers piled into a bread roll - very disapointing. |

Beautiful scenery on our doorstep including mountains to climb. Very relaxing. We liked the hotel very much but hadn't realised that if we didn't use the ferry we would have a very long detour. This might have been restricting in the evening had we wanted to eat elsewhere as the last ferry was around 9.30pm |
