Excellent dining in Olivier restaurant, tastefully furnished accommodation and friendly and helpful staff that can't do enough for you. A great stay, which wasn't long enough.
Size and comfort of room Very pleasant, polite and helpful staff Peaceful and quiet setting Ample parking facilities
No complaints at all
Friendly staff, great location and excellent comfort and style
Slightly slow serving brunch
Very good restaurant
Could have done without the wailing music in the bar.
Staff very helpful, good value for money, breakfast very good. Love the village and close to other attractions. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.
The renovation works being carried out during the visit, but these should be over quite soon.
The pillows too filled (all 4 guests in party found this)
The staff, comfort and cleanliness
That breakfast wasn't included in the £150 price tag. Room was slightly on the small side...
Clean Friendly receptionists Nice location Good executive rooms
Room was quite hot so aircon would have been nice. Breakfast staff were not as friendly or welcoming as receptionists
ideal location for the Woburn festival now our second visit here & won't be the last
breakfast a bit pricey
Really great hotel, location is excellent, facilities really good, top quality staff, bar and restaurant exceed expectation but.......
The bed was rock hard, so bad that we did not sleep at all. So bad that we can't go back there or recommend it, such a shame.
Location, location, location. The hotel is in a great spot in the lovely village of Woburn. The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Only there for one night, so can not give an opinion on every facility.
The cost reflects the prime location rather than the facilities. My room was small for the cost, albeit clean and cleverly and suitably furnished. My pocket could not jusify the breakfast at £12.50 a head extra.
Hotel is round the corner from safari and abbey. Had a lovely meal at loch fyne opposite the hotel.
Small room for 150 for one night in a 3 star. Your paying that because it is the only hotel so close to attractions. Breakfast is an extra £14.00 per person.
Attentive staff especially in restaurant. Value for money.
Car park a bit distant
The place to be in Woburn. Charming character and very lovely helpful staff.
Our room was on the snug side and bathroom seals and bath should have been replaced, along with the toilet seat as the enamel was chipped and seals had mould in places. Bed mattress a bit springy. We had a ground floor room close to the hotel entrance, so could hear people coming and going, outside our room was seating, so it was noisy particually as we had to sleep with the window open, as they had no air conditioning....these are things we over looked as it was just such a lovely, charming place to stay. Another point, not the hotels fault, but a note to consider....we had No signal in Woburn for our mobile phones. The hotel offers free Wifi, but if you need to make calls Woburn might not be the best place to stay.
comfortable bed and pillows, quiet location
housekeeping starting early as cupboard right opposite my room!
Was very happy with the service I received, lovely hotel. I would stay there again.
Reception staff were excellent and the hotel is in a great location, bedroom was clean and tidy and the bathroom had the best shower ever!
A little bit fussy for my own taste, old fashioned bar with little atmosphere.
Afternoon tea and breakfast was very good, very clean hotel.
Newly refurbished, tasteful decor. Clean and simple Excellent restaurant
Standard double room was on the small side
High quality for the price and well situated in the middle of town.
The bar closed at 12.30 even for residents which on a Saturday night (Sunday morning) was a bit early for the 8 of us still drinking. No one was drunk but the man on reception was very rude when telling is they were shut.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Everything was just great.
