The staff were 1st class an the food menu very good, the room was excellent and clean and comfortable You need to tell guests that you have to use the key card to switch electric on , also you need to tell guests about the little box on the wall (air conditioning) as we could not work out how the room was getting heat, |

The breakfast in the morning was excellently set out, with plenty of choice, particularly the hot food. We concerned at its proximity to an industrial estate and would not have liked a room on th roadside aspect. |

Unfortunately - nothing! I didn't like the fact my hotel room overlooked a bright green sess pit full of gunge that ducks kept getting stuck in. The bar, reception, lounge and dining area are all together.... very off putting.... wouldn't recommend as I thought at £73.95 including breakfast was a total rip off and my room was cold with not enough pillos or a thick quilt. The food however was ok. |

hotel was just what we needed, near where we had been to a rugby match and handy for setting off the next morning to our next destination. Very good value for money. it was out of the way if you wanted to have a walk or go out for a drink - in the middle of a business park, but that didn't bother us, as we arrived after 10.00 and left at 9 am |

proximity to Doncaster Racecourse I found a male staff member sat on my toilet emptying his bowels after I returned from breakfast, no apology from him. Previous night it appeared a "working girl" was entertaining 2 clients in the bar / restaurant |

Nothing i was glad to get out of there. It was full of work men there was only 2 ladies there myself and another ladie we both found it intimedating. The food was disgusting and left a lot to be disiered. As we from high quality catering organisations it was a shock. In fact mcdonalds do better.No security. Drunk men on a night being noisey in the corridors. Drinks over priced for the surrounding. Food well overpriced . Hotel well over priced. location a disgrace. In fact it is the worst hotel i have ever stopped in. There was only one member rof staff that smiled she deserves a medal. |

we arrived ealy as we were going to Races. they allowed us to book in early which was a real help.really Staff very nice (Stacey) would stay again and already recommeded to friends.rooms great value for money. breakfast a bit slow - had to wait on food. small dinning room for a lot of people, but once received very nice breakfast. Not a complaint. |
