Staff couldn't be any more helpful and friendly! Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds, good pub/restaurant downstairs, near ocean-side walking trails. A bit out of the city but we wanted that (we had a car and didn't want to be right in the middle of town). They also offer laundry service which helped a ton during our two week driving trip. Highly recommended. Nothing!

The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. The restaurant was great and had a good selection. Rooms were huge and beds comfortable. Having stayed at other hotels, sometimes some of the staff can be friendly and helpful but this is the first time I have stayed somewhere where all the staff meet that criteria.

It is a beautiful place. The staff is very helpful. I will go back when I can spend more time. Service in the restaurant a little slow. It may have just been an off time.

Great Breakfast, choice, quality, quantity and service. Large family room, double,2 single beds and room to 2 cots if needed. Excellent value and well sited. Brisk easy walk takes you into Portrush. Room a little cold (cold breezy day, top floor)

Lovely, comfortable rooms and very quiet. The whole place had a very warm, friendly atmosphere and the staff were very helpful. We had a few days out when the weather was cold and wet and it was lovely to walk into the warmth. 10/10 for the heating ! The food in the restaurant was good quality, tasty and well presented. We would definitely stay again. An ideal base to explore the Causeway Coast The only thing, and a very, very minor point, was the breakfast coffee was always very weak. However the staff were very happy to oblige when asked to make a stronger brew.

Location is good, food is good, staff friendly. Parking is convenient. Room was so hot, couldn't turn off heating. Main road location was noisy at night with people driving fast past!

super friendly and helpful desk clerks! My son had become sick on the ride and they helped us out with the laundry part of it without hesitation. Rooms were a great size, close to the beaches, golf courses, and the Causeway. Breakfast was cooked hot to order and the restaurant food was great as well.

Good views a little out of town and nice big room with all the amenities we could ask for. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ate at the bar twice - good food (especially the steak and ale pie) and great service. A bit out of the main part of town which wasn't a problem for us since we had a car but could have been otherwise.

We had a very nice couple of days in the hotel. Staff were very friendly especially the bar staff. As my husband is disabled we had a disabled room which was excellent and very good access to the carpark.
