Lack of wifi Noisy room (from the parking lot & bar)
the staff especialy the very hard working Manager and the lovely lady at breakfast
The prices in the restaurante
Quiet location and nicely decorated. The continental breakfast offered a good selection of items.
One of our rooms had no hot water and we were told to run the tap for more than 10 minutes, that management knew about it but hadn't fixed it. Not only impractical and unhygienic , but still didn't work.
The comfort and peace afforded: staff, especially at breakfast, were pleasant but not chatty.
Nothing much, but a more spacious room and a better stocked tea-tray, including Decaffeinated tea/coffee, would be appreciated.
Staff were really friendly and helpful , rooms cosy and pub nicely decorated , food good standard and reasonably priced
Restaurant was fully booked when we arrived at 5 pm
Building warm and attractive inside.
Sadly food poor severed look warm quality just acceptable. Meet friends on second day food severed at different times , therefore we did not eat together again look warm.
Our stay was comfortable and met our needs . Would recommend this inn to others
Lovely, clean room Very friendly staff Nice pub attached Good food and beer
Toilets in the pub were a bit primitive and limited for such a big establishment. No disinfecting / nice smelling blocks in urinal.
Th Inn was very welcoming and the staff very helpful. We had a meal there and it was lovely.
The room we were in 7 did not have any heat in the bedroom, we had to keep the bathroom door open to warm the bedroom up. My husband went and told a member of staff, he then came to have a look, but did not have a clue, as it was a cold night no back up heater was provided. We hope that this matter will be looked at as the Hotel is lovely and would go back again
Staff very friendly and efficient. Food very good and reasonably priced. Continental buffet style breakfast very well organised with a member of staff on hand all the time.
Friendly and helpful waiting staff in bar and restaurant. Food good.
Over hot bedroom and no cooked breakfast available.
A very good place to stay. Recommend
Friendly Staff Excellent Food
Mattress worn out Pillows worn out Furniture shabby Room tiny Temperature control unavailable Breakfast basic, ran out of simple food stocks
Room was clean and spacious.
Comfortable room Friendly staff Clean room Good food
First and last evenings room was cold
Very friendly staff, clean room with mugs instead of tiny cups, we used the restaurant on Saturday night which was very good.
The buffet continental breakfast was very basic.
Although not a cooked breakfast, there was a good choice and always someone there to help you. The bedroom was of a good size with plenty of storage, and even a desk. Food and service in the restaurant was good.
The bathroom could have been a little bit wider, which would not have taken much out of the bedroom. No indication that we could get from the ground floor bedrooms into the bar without going outside - only found the way on second day. The free Wi-Fi a bit "flaky" in our room - and a fiddle to get working.
The supply of breakfast at 0530 as I had to leave at 0615 Excellent response to customers request
Getting up in the dark!
room and bathroom clean and big enough Breakfast was very basic but ok
Too hot in the room and corridor Too noisy - people slamming doors etc Poor food in the pub
most enjoyable stay. would stay again.in fact have booked for next month. pete isle of wight
Room was clean and tidy and a good size. Bathroom had an excellent shower. Staff in the morning were helpful
Uncomfortable bed, food was mediocre and over priced. Restaurant staff not helpful
The old world charm of the Inn was great. The Breakfast was very good and the ease of getting in and out of the Inn was noted
nothing of real importance.
Fab staff very helpful
