Very Quiet, Carvery was good value for money and continental breakfast superb. Good location to bus stops, ample free parking.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.
Price Cleanliness of room Size of room Breakfast Pleasant staff
Old mattress. Had to sleep on quilt and use quilt from sofa bed to make the bed more comfortable. No soap in shower Toaster not working properly WiFi hit and miss
Good location, easy to get to the Motorway. Room was ok.
Complimentary breakfast was poor. Bananas looked like they had been there for days, very poor selection of food. Staff looked disinterested in getting more milk, orange juice and other items. Pretty poor overall. Also fire alarm went off at about 3 45 am with no real explanation why!!
Fab staff very helpfull! Room clean and spacious with good facilities!
The fact you have to go all through the restaurant and bar with luggage and wait at the bar to check in waiting a while in busy periods! People being served drinks etc and we were still waiting to check in!
Very clean and comfortable place to stay, staff lovely, easy to fine, good location and food was lovely :-)
Had a 5month old baby and had to carry pram up very narrow stairs as no lift :-(
Size and cleanliness of room. The continental breakfast.
Musty smell in all the hallways. Very hard pillows. Unable to link to Wi Fi
Price. Location. Buffet breakfast. Comfortable room.
Early morning talk outside window. Cleaners arriving?

nothing to complain about
the staff were brill, very helpful couldnt do enougth for you, the food was great, and for the price you cant go wrong, exceptional value for money alround.
could not find any faults with our stay. and we travel all over the country, business & pleasure, great stuff
Very good value for money.Nice friendly staff.Food at the Carvery was also very good.
Very warm room with no opening window
Decor in hallways/stairs very dated
Only minutes from the motorway, good parking. Breakfast was continental but plenty of it.
Rooms slightly tired looking but we're due for refurbishment.
Room was clean and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Toby Carvery did excellent food at reasonable prices. Would stay again as very convenient to City Centre.
The room was very tired. The lampshade had a hole in it as did the shower curtain and the flex of the shower needed replacing. All three things could have been easily remedied and should have been.
Staff were helpful & location was ideal for Cadbury world & Birmingham shopping
Hotel decor was tired & in need of a facelift. The bathroom smelt and was again in need if some tlc.
We liked the area.lots of shops if needed across the road .takeaways chemist etc.but the best was we could have a carvery .and .nit travel for it .we enjoyed our stay .only thing was it was a bed settee for the two children not that fab .but it was for one night .if you stay longer get another room ours was 301 but we enjoyed
Bed settee.bed could had been more comfy .for children age 10 11
Third time we have stayed here and a different room each time. Every room has been excellent and would recommend the Innkeepers lodge to anyone. The staff are very nice and as always the food is delicious.
Welcoming staff & cleanliness.
No fridge & ironing board not in room
Room basic but spacious. The cooked breakfast upgrade for £3.99 is excellent value. At £45 for a couple, including continental breakfast, its good value for money.
We had room over kitchen noisy rattling consistently running extractor fans right outside our room then from 5am taking wheelie bins out over uneven concrete and brick set surface. All followed by deliveries arriving - not very good at all.
Good location and ideal for a visit to Birmingham.
Friendly staff particularly at breakfast. Good selection of food available. Good food at the Carvery with helpful staff. Clean room.
The fire exit to the accommodation stairwell was left open. This let in smoke from the smoking area which made the corridor smell of smoke. We found that if you wished to use the Toby carvery you needed to book in advanced as it was a long wait for a table. Wish we had known to book. The sofa bed which was set up as a bed in the family room had seen better days and needed to be replaced, this let to a very uncomfortable night.
staff really good with young children. Great location
Buffet nice.kids bottomless refill pop.bteakfast nice.
Got there at 7pm.so had all day to sort rooms.we booked2 family rooms.double bed sofa not made or no cot in room.was sorted later on.we were down stairs no lift so struggled with double pushchair.2 rooms down here room 101 102. If a fire emergency would of struggled as fire exit was down corridor and windows had bars around.
THE ROOM WAS LARGE COOL NICE COMFY BED lots of choice of takeaways across road
the carvery food cold. small portions of meat overcooked veg we did eat late too muchqueing earlier
