The room we were given was spacious, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. We never felt the need to pay extra for the full Engish option. Parking and check-in were both easy. Staff were helpful and friendly. We were visiting family and going out in the countryside so this place, on the edge of the city, was handily placed.

Getting down the stairs to our room with luggage wasn't easy. We were one of two rooms downstairs and the wifi barely reached us. I had to take my laptop upstairs and stand in the corridor to gain a signal.

Rooms were bright and spacious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious with a good range of choice.

Ideal location, very clean & quiet with everything you need for a family break away! Excellent, friendly staff! Will definitely stay here again when next visiting Birmingham!

onsite Toby carvery was excellent, plenty of parking. Very friendly and helpful breakfast staff.

this was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. the room was very clean and tidy and I would say that the bed was the most comfortable bed iv ever slept in highly recommend iv previously stayed in the travelers inn which is close by and its an absolute dive compared to here

the sausage for breakfast was not the best of quality but I would not let this put me of staying here again.

Lovely room clean and a good powerful shower .Staff very friendly .a good variety for breakfast ,excellent stay and would certainly use innkeeper lodges again

Great location. Loved having a carvery onsite. Easy parking. Breakfast was OK, would have begrudged paying extra for it. Was nice to have the option of carvery breakfast if we wanted. Spacious clean, comfortable room, perfect after our trip to Cadbury World. Check in & out was quick and easy.

Rigid 3pm booking in time. ROOM AT A BIT NOISY AT TIMES AS THERE IS A STAFF FLAT ABOVE US, WITH NWASHING MACHINE GOING & KIDS RUNNING AROUND. FREE CONTINENTAL BREKKIE BUT IF YOU UPGRADE TO FULL ENGLISH NO DISCOUNT!! SO STAY WITH THE CONTINENTAL & SAVE £3.99 PER HEAD THE BAR IS PART OF TOBY CARVERY VERY VERY BUSY, NO SEPARATE PART FOR INN VISITORS

My bedroom was a bit cold

What a great hotel! Staff all very friendly, especially Joan who was great with our little boy at breakfast. It is centrally located for many local attractions. Would highly recommend and have already done so to friends and family.

Not a thing!

It was the ideal location for us and surrounded with plenty of shops.

There was a rumbling sound that was quite anoying,I think it could have been boiler system we were in room 101.

It was close to where I wanted to be, staff was lovely and room was nice

The staff all seemed to be Birmingham people and were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nicely presented while maintaining traditional features.

Nothing really. I was quite happy with everything and it was good value for money.

The room was clean

It was a little dated. The carpets on the stairs up to the rooms and the walls need refurbishment. The entrance we used up to the room was were the smokers stood and so therefore there was a smell of stale smoke.
