In the heart of Brighton, this Premier Inn is just 5 minutes’ walk from Brighton Seafront. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, modern rooms and a traditional restaurant.

On the Brighton and Hove seafront, the Blue Lagoon is a fun place to eat, drink and stay. Overlooking the Hove Lagoon, it is just 2 miles (3.2 km) from the city centre.

Score from 251 reviews Wonderful
room lovely service lovely breakfast lovely
restaurant toilets were very unclean
The breakfast and the great shower.
The room was musty and damp smelling, and the shower curtain mouldy.
Room was very clean and tidy, with an amazing shower!
WiFi was very poor and couldn't get any sustainable signal (if any at all at times) in either the room, the reception or the restaurant - very disappointing! The healthy food options at the Harvester Restaurants are basically non-existent.....they don't do Fresh Vegetables. Just frozen, dry, luke warm ones it would appear!
Bed to small
Location, nice building, free parking, pleasant staff, comfortable bed, excellent shower. lots of hot water, clean and cosy bedroom, lots of matching hangers, good breakfast included in the price, prompt service in the restaurant.
Grubby furniture plus chipped / damaged walls and paintwork in the restaurant. Faulty toilet flush, black mould on the shower curtain, badly repaired bathroom door, broken security chain.
The staff were very nice and check in and out was painless. The restaurant was good and the staff very attentive and hard working.
The shower room was cold and the shower curtain was grim.
you could not hear the noise from the bar or restaurant
Had a family emergency in the early hours of the morning and was unable to get out of the building and could not call anyone from inside the building to help me The attitude of one male staff member was extremely poor Room was cold and bathroom even colder
General lack of cleanliness and need of refurbishment and decoration. Breakfast cutlery was low quality, dirty and table laid with a bent fork!! Slow check in, competing with bar customers.
The room was a disgrace dirty very cold and room was damp and smelt awful staff was very unhelpful food was awful, I would never stay or eat here again!
Damp cold smelly room unhelpful staff food was slow and awful.
Very nice Continental Breakfast is included.
Rooms are a bit dated, but overall good value.
Service in restaurant was friendly.
Noisy, directly next to A23, no separate reception, (you have to queue at the bar to check in), wouldn't let me charge meal or bar tab to the room.
Location was ok for what we needed.
Checked in, and went out for the day. Returned back to the room in the evening and as soon as we opened the door there was a terrible damp smell that didn't go away
Reasonably Priced Easy to find Comfortable Bed Well placed for Brighton / Lewes Efficient friendly cleaning staff Plenty of parking
No reception which meant staff constantly asking if you were resident or assuming you weren't. Hotel says breakfast included but actually only continental breakfast ( extra for cooked..not explained) Chilly in the bar and in our room until the heating eventually caught up Locked out of the bar and hotel( we were the last in the bar ) when we went for a breather outside, despite it being 15 minutes before 'last orders time' They had been clearing up around us before that. Staff seemed generally indifferent apart from the cleaners. Room okay but could have done with some tlc Christmas tree up on November 6th? Really ?!
Hotel / pub position to Brighton Clean rooms Big comfy beds
Food not brilliant & very slow for service
Everything was just fine .good value for money
Location Size of room Transport links into brighton
When we arrived the room was for 2 adults and 2 children and there was 1 double bed. I went down to complaint and they said the previous people had broken the sofa bed they was waiting for a new one. They brought us a replacement but all the springs were sticking out. The manager said this was the only option available.
Wifi, facilities are all good.
Service was very poor in the restaurant for our evening meal. We were waiting for 1 and a half hours for our dessert. Breakfast was terrible. We didn't try to the full English.
Had a great stay with my friends, it was our first time in Brighton the hospitality and service was great.
The room was spacious, bed comfy, nice clean bedding. tea/coffee facilities, plenty of clean towels. bathroom was fine. Staff very friendly always busy but helpful. The included continental breakfast was very good, plenty of choices, more than enough to set you up for the day, we ate there one night, food basic but nice, enjoyed our meal.
rooms weren't as clean as they should be, although floors were hoovered, t.v table/lamp tables dusted the wall light above bed had cobwebs, also one of the curtains was fastened on with string! and behind both windows there was more cobwebs! one of the bedside lights didn't work. damp on bathroom ceiling.
Walk in customers had priority over staying guests for breakfast. Having to wait over 2 hours until someone was free to man reception
We have friends who live in Patcham so the location was excellent, and only a short bus ride to the centre of Brighton.
The continental breakfast was cereal and toast, just what I can get at home. No meat, cheeses, boiled eggs or croissants.
The continental breakfasts were superb, a very wide choice of foods. The room was quiet and comfortable. the hotel position on the outskirts of Brighton made exploring Sussex and surroundings easy. The bar was friendly, the service and beers good.
Bed could have been firmer. We arrived 2 hours early for check-in and no-one seemed to know what to do with us!
Adjoined to harvester Good breakfast Friendly staff Good parking
Drain hatch in room Curtain tied up with string so could not close Flaking paint in bathroom Mould in bathroom General cleanliness in bathroom
The location was ideal .staff very helpful
The haverster chefs an manger over a 3 day stay at the hotel i was totally disgusted with there attitude an behaviour did not get the order right once over our stay an the food was poor quality an disgusting for the price was just thrown on plate an had to wait over hour an half for the food when deliverd was not worth a penny ....did put a complaint in to manager ...manager did not care at all in total a spend of over £200 for there food was a total waste .......as for the breakfast in the morning well .....paid staying guests should be treated better than we were the walkins of the street for breakfast were more important than the payed staying guest .....will not recommended this place for there food at all .
