Carvery and breakfast worth the stay.
Slow to clear tables.
We needed a cheap and cheerful stop over and this was it. Attached to a Toby Carvery made it even better. Good clean rooms at great prices with friendly, helpful staff. Just what you need.
I guess if there is anything it might be the reception being shared by the pub bar (but I'm really nitpicking here).
Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location.
Room's door didn't close and lock properly. WiFi was poor. No possibility to use it as good signal but didn't let me surf. Shower tray was blocked resulting in having showers in a pond!
Couldn't use Internet on my phone
Excellent value for money, a really good quiet nights sleep, and good location. The staff were friendly and a good choice of affordable food available.
A free cup of tea or coffee with breakfast would be nice.
Cost of room and friendliness of staff when checking in. Comfort of room and facilities in the room were great.
Noise of kitchen extractor fan outside bedroom led to a restless night. Quality of service and food in the Toby Carvery was of a very poor standard and, even though I would stay at the Innkeepers Lodge again, I would choose to have my evening meal elsewhere.
I felt you should have been able to choose full english or continental breakfast. I resented having to pay for what I wished to have for breakfast and felt this should have been inclusive. Continental breakfast looked very poor.
Location Food available Helpful staff
Decor Is just a little bit tired and dated, first impressions were not that good.
Clean and comfortable.
Other guests not being considerate and keeping noise down.
Hotel very good just a 2 min taxi drive away from course Hotel is good and clean Nice pub down stairs. Highly recommend this place.
Noise neighbours but NO fault of hotel
Clean, quiet room. Breakfast was good.
Too warm in the room, we had to sleep with the windows open. No wifi in the room. It has a wheeled bed so every time you move the bed moves too!
Great place to stay in Doncaster, just outside the centre, so not too bustling, weekends tend to get busy, but not sardine like!! Lovely staff, very attentive, good size rooms with comfortable beds. Great food a bonus, have stayed before & will be back again, thank you Innkeepers Lodge!!
The room was very spacious and easily accommodated a family of four.
There was nothing negative about our stay.
Google size room.
Very hot at night. There was no air conditioning .
Friendly staff. Spacious room. Very clean room. Much better than Travelodge!
Different orange juice for continental breakfast and Full English breakfasts.
Myself and my daughter came to visit the NRC we stayed one night and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.
Location. Pub. Service.
Breakfast finished early for a Sunday in the pub
Rooms were very spacious there was 6 of us altogether
The pub quiz was a little loud
your staff are very good and the roooms are nice.
the idea that we have to pay for hot breakfast e.g. sausages, eggs, bacon and bakebeans. is not good. we believe you should be able to provide complete breakfast .
Good sized room. Carpet felt and looked very clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Towels nice and thick. It was a disabled room on ground floor with nice large wet room which suited my husband as he cannot use a bath with shower over. Good quality tea and coffee and biscuits. Extra milk provided by bar staff or night porter.
No iron or board in room. No hair dryer either.
No discount for residents in the bar and restaurant areas. Luckily my grandson and I had a ground floor room, as I wouldn't have been able to manage the stairs, as the hotel is advertised having a lift.
The staff were extremely understand, helpful and attentive. The food at the carvery was tasty, hot and reasonably priced. The sofa and bed were very comfortable.
No lift to upper floors and having to go through part of the restaurant to access the rooms. The TV, in our room, was at the other side of the room from the sofa so we were concerned the volume may cause annoyance to the other guests.
Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and all were friendly no matter how busy. Food also exceptional and beautifully presented. Will be back next year !
We were supposedly put in a quiet room but were disturbed by slamming doors into the early hours.Very disappointed after our previous stays
