the heating was off in the room, it was put on by your staff, it went off, a very uncomfortable stay, scottish breakfast very poor, not worth the money.

All the staff were friendly, the food was really good with relaxed dining in an informal atmosphere. View from our room up the loch was great.

It's location alongside Loch Lomond

Situated next to the loch with lovely views, several restuarants nearby and next to the cruise ship company, couldnot be better situated for a visit to Loch Lomond.

Very good location to glasgow and the highlands. The hotel/ pub gave you the best of both worlds under one roof,the staff were great if you had problems.

Free Wi-fi. The staff, location and dining area were all great. A lovely old hotel that is close to everything in Balloch.

We were upstairs and it was very noisy from below. The floor was slippery - always a worry for mature people.

a lovely warm feel about the place,beautifully situated on the banks overlooking loch lomomond,staff were warm & friendly with good local knowledge of the area & plenty of selection of drinks at the bar.

when we booked we were informed that we had a family room but on arrival were givin a standard double room also our room didnt have a bath as stated on our description on booking.com,when we queried this the staff blamed booking.com for this mistake as we were informed that there wasn`t a bath in the entire complex,much to the annoyance of my wife who prefers a bath to a shower.
