Innkeeper's Lodge Old Windsor  

Perfect location for Windsor Castle, & the fact that you did'nt need to go anywhere else for lunch or breakfast. And in the evenings you could enjoy a nice drink or two without leaving the premises a real break!

We couldnt fault this place it was a great hotel the food was good the staff was excellent and just a short taxi ride into windsor

There wasnt a thing that we didnt like we will definitely be there again

Clean, comfortable room

We booked it to be close to Windsor Castle which it was. Also it was reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly.

It was very difficult to get our luggage to our room on the 2nd floor, going up stairs and through lots of doors.

Food facility v.g.. and excellent location ( for Legoland and other attractions. Being on a bus route is a bonus.

From the moment of arrival to when we left the staff could not do enough for you. We found it marvellous to be able to walk through from the rooms to the restaurant which had so much choice that it must suit every taste and very reasonable. The quality of the food was excellent, the rooms were very clean and nice and warm. We loved the Innkeeper's Lodge. There was a bus stop right outside for both directions of travel and plenty of parking space if you had a car. We had relatives join us for a meal and they were also very impressed with the restaurant and will be booking to stay themselves when they visit relatives in the area. Super super place

It is across the road from our son and family - they now have three children and cannot accommodate us overnight. It is very convenient.

Slightly overpriced as we now have to pay for our accommodation every time we want to see our son and family.

We liked that it was close enough to get into Windsor for shopping and to visit the castle and away from the main traffic

Excellent carvery and breakfast upgrade next door. Very helpful staff and place was spotless.

Bed not so comfy. No cot on arrival but swiftly dealt with by staff in record time (more a criticism of the booking agency for poor communication really). Room we had was adapted for wheelchair users so not very good for an 18mth toddler to get hold of everything, but we did not stay in room for long.

It was close to the castle clean with excellent food at budget friendly price. The staff were very informative and happy to chat and offer help.

The only real downside was the beds were extremely hard. I felt like I had slept on the floor. Also the child's bed was not great.

If this really is a 4-star hotel, then facilities and comfort are not up to scratch. This is a 3-star at best.

The atmosphere and friendliness of all staff that we were in contact with. Nothing was too much trouble. Food and quality was excellent. Excellent accommodation and everything in the room that we needed.

It is situated ideally for my visit to my elderly father and it was good value.

We are not offered a freshly cooked breakfast as staying guests. It appeared to have been on the servers for some time. We would pay for a breakfast if it was freshly cooked. The pastries were not very fresh on the continental breakfast.
