The food was really good and great value for money. Room and facilities were very good.
Smelly stairway down to gents toilets from bar/restaurant. Gents toilets in bar/restaurant need some attention
Everything about the Innkeepers Lodge was good. The continental breakfast was really nice and the breakfast waitress was very accommodating. The 1st morning we had breakfast there were jugs of juice, 1 cranberry and 1 orange, my son not keen on either so I asked the waitress for a glass of apple juice for him. She brought him a glass of apple to the table, the next morning she made sure that there was a jug of apple juice on the breakfast buffet. All the staff were brilliant, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
Friendly staff. Room clean but sparse - on second night no bath mat & tissue box empty.
I paid £79/£82 per night twin room sole occupancy; not even full English breakfast included for that. Side door didn't appear to lock at all - worrying security risk.
Like the location,a few small shops behind, take away was handy when restaurant was shut at our 21.30 arrival.Quiet room, staff friendly.
Restaurant shut at 21.30 when we arrived.Bathroom sinks and taps could do with replacing,a bit discoloured.Rear access door requires improvement, doubt if it ever locked at 23.00 as staff informed, needs looking at.
Good sized room, quiet - no traffic noise and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff and great value for money.
Great great staff rooms good food lovely
Nope all good
The bed was terrible and there is no clearly defined reception.
Everything under one roof. Good location and great parking.
This hotel is £ 5.- by taxi away from windsor castle. Room was on second floor by stairs, no elevator. Luggage heavy. I would stay there again.
Beds really uncomfortable.
The room was on the 2nd floor which was quiet0
Good central point and cheap and prompt taxis
Would have liked a wider choice of food (dinner) but this was an extra anyway
The warm welcome from all members of staff they were friendly and helpful our room was comfortable and very clean
there was no dedicated check in desk only a minor dislike but nevertherless a dislike
Blocked sink No bolt on door Shower Smell in halfway
Restaurant very busy (45 min wait) was able to eat in room, rather than wait for table.
Window lock broken, window not tightly shut, which meant that the noise from overhead aircraft woke me at 5am.
Choose to forgo continental breakfast in favour of English good value
Great value meals. Waiting staff very friendly. Room satisfactory.
Travelling as a lone adult with 2 young children we found the room comfortable. Service from the carvary downstairs was excellent - very busy place on a Friday evening, but we did not have to wait long for a table and could take a buzzer to the room instead of waiting around. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.
The area for booking in was quite discrete, which caused a little confusion on entering, but waiting staff happy to direct you.
The location is ideal for visiting several attractions. The food is good value for money. the rooms clean and comfortable.
there were no serious issues.
We had a great, stay the place, staff was spot on and the food was very good
The bed was very soft not to our liking but that was just a small niggle no other problems at all
very helpful and friendly staff
Central location for places we were interested to visit in the area, plus availability of car parking without charge or on a 'first come - first parked' basis.
Limited selection of food if you didn't want a roast from the carvery.
Staff very friendly and helpful, room (101) very comfortable and quiet. Ample parking where we could leave car with buses to Windsor right outside
Cooked breakfast good but little cold
That it was so close to Legoland. The food menu is poor and disappointed I had to pay extra £5 each for cooked breakfast even for my toddler price was same.
Staff are friendly Location is great for London Rooms seem to have had a refurb since our last visit so that was good
The smell of cooking does carry into the corridors of the lodge all evening - only a small thing but could be addressed I think
