The cleanliness, the comfortable rooms and the excellent service and friendliness of the staff.
Although the breakfast was only continental (you could upgrade to Full English if required) It was plentiful.
The fact that we, as residents, couldn't get a drink past 11pm
Nice selection on menu good service
Pub hotel was great, staff excellent and effective, my only criticism is there was no late bar for residents but we got round that on the second night...will stay again
No resident late bar
Well, everything from the room to the good food served at the inn and the breakfast range to the facility of parking to the quality of the bed.
You need a UK mobile number to access the free internet but the landlady very kindly let us have her mobile number so internet was accessible.
Good friendly staff. Reasonable restaurant
Friendly staff Excellent pub food Good atmosphere
Rooms need redecoration
Great staff, clean and comfortable, great breakfast
Everything, location, room, staff and cleanliness.
The pedal bin at breakfast did not work, and the milk container could do with a polish! Perhaps a cloth on the Breakfast self serve table?
Great staff and the location was perfect a true a true English connty inn !!!
The gardens were well kept, Parking very good, Very reasonable menu and a good choice of dishes, There was ample staff so no long waits at bar for drinks, A good choice of seating areas inside and out in garden with back and front areas, Very light and airy place ,, The bedroom was a good size for us two,but was a family room
A lot of noises from downstairs if you are turning in before 11 pm from bar area and outside in the garden and from guest staying at hotel and retiring when bar is closed ,with talking in corridors and banging of doors,so not a good choice of accommodation if your early to bed, And continental breakfast ,well what can we say other than the manager maybe has not sampled breakfast on the continent ever, There was no cold meats of any description or cheeses or eggs, No fruit ,ie prunes ,fruit salad,no yogurts There was cereals, bread, croissant ,butter ,marmalade ,jam, fresh apples, tea ,coffee, fruit juice, So if you were on a on a carb ,gluten free diet ,you would be rather stuck, No effort had been made to make tables welcoming ,just bare tables, Toilets not at all nice, painted doors could all be in need of wiping down even font entrance, They take your payment from you when checking in, I can see why now,
Welcome at reception quite good
Breakfast very very poor. Only continental provided but was limited to cereals and toast. Not the sort of thing that appeals to british stayers.
Location type of accommation
Soap dispensers looked ugly
Staff Food/drinks Location Room clean and comfortable
Restaurant/bar needs some refurbishment
Good booking system. Parking available. Interesting old building. Good meal.
Noisy patrons under bedroom window. Smokers under window and around door.
On arrival the staff were attentive and helpful and the evening meal menu offered plenty of variety and the meals selected were good to outstanding.
The bar and restaurant area lacked atmosphere and the bar staff seemed more interested in their friends than the customers. The gents toilets were in a terrible state as though a huge water fight had just taken place!
The atmosphere, the location.
Big room for myself and 3 children. 1 in with me in the double and right up the other end of the large room were the other two children on a sofa bed. The pub is beautiful with a warm friendly atmosphere. Continental breakfast was lovely and very relaxed. Walking distance to a super Indian restaurant too, however the pub menu looked lovely too.
Unexpectedly lovely stay considering it was the cheapest option we could find to visit Stratford Upon Avon. Staff, facilities everything really nice!
Thought the place was called Innskeeper Lodge, however really Kings Head Tavern, so missed it first time through town!

Don't change a thing, you can't improve on perfection. 11/10
The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It didn't even fit the bed properly.
Location was pretty and this could have been a lovely pub, but needs some money spending on it.
The food was microwaved and the beer was stale
staff especially friendly and helpful
