I have stayed here on a few occasions and found the staff are always friendly and helpful. I was woken by someone walking down the corridor and opening and closing doors at 3 am. I eat in the lounge rather than the pub and on previous occasions, I thought the food was good value for money. However, they have now changed the menu for the lounge and I found there was not so much choice and it was more expensive which has put me off staying again slightly.

The room was very big well furnised it felt like home. the hotel is quite in speacious grounds free car park and golf course next door Bar shut at 10pm sunday night of A bank holiday

Parking. Kettle replaced speedily. Polite staff. Bathroom a bit old and stain in toilet. Extractor is noisey and not very efficient. Kettle did not work.

Location Hotel Becoming Tired. Has Become an expensive Stay in a Poor quality Hotel. Smell of damp throughout the Building. Really expensive Menu in Hotel restaurant. Not everybody wants to eat in a Noisy Pub next door just to make the cost reasonable.

Location Getting really tatty now The Hungry horse is a bit of a naff place to drink or relax. Breakfast starts too late & takes too long. Needs to open for orders at 06:45 so that you can eat at 7am and get away on time.

Size of the room was excellent and nicely catered for. Some buts need tidying up like the sealant around bath etc Stains on leather sofa a bit off putting.

The dirty tables in the restaurant it let the the Inn down.We, when we went for a meal had to change tables twice tilll we could find a clean not stickey or felt marked table.We watched staff wipe them but only half a table.This would not stop me from coming again.

Employees where friendly and helpful. Restaurant location at the lodge, nice, large and prices are good. Bed was very comfortable & room was lovely and spacious. No iron in room or ironing board didnn't like the toilet brush didn't look hygienic.

Staff were helpful .They quickly responded when we had mislaid something after we had left the Inn Lodge. All this done by phone. Fortunately we found the article in our luggage. But we are grateful to them for their help

The food in the family friendly pub was very good, hot and tasty and plenty of it. The staff in the hotel and pub were very friendly and helpful. Service was with a smile and I would stay there again if I was in the area. The exterior of the hotel reminded me of a purpose built old people's home and the hotel had a musty smell in the corridors.
