Very nice friendly young manager. Rectified the error with having room deposit taken twice by offering complimentary breakfast. Staff very helpful, though a little inexperienced.Comfortable room & facilities. |

the room was warm,clean and comfortable,the staff was friendly, i enjoyed the real coal fire in the bar the hotel bar closed at 10.30pm, they did not do any evening meals also it was cheaper to buy breakfast ( mixed grill ) at the local cafe for £4.95 |

the pleasant and friendly atmosphere ,enjoyed the breakfasts and the waitrassing service was very amiable.-also , also nice location. |

The room was clean and quiet. We booked a twin room 3 months in advance but had to stay in a double room. We could only take a bath in the bath tube, so it was impossible to wash the hair. |

Breakfast first class and good value. Eat as much as you want for £6.50. Great selection. Showers excellent, and hot. Nice staff , very discreet but on hand whenever needed. |

The room we were staying in was at the back of the hotel which is fine we didn't ask for a view but it was like staying in a dungeon it was so dark. The hotel was reserved on a credit card but the money was actually taken from my account before we even stayed in the hotel. The site also states the the hotel is located 5 minutes from the town, think this should say by car as it as a 25 min walk. |

Location- less than five minute drive (twenty five minute walk) into Fort William. Lack of evening dining facilities. This was known to me at the time of booking but it is surprising how much the facility is missed when it is not there. Disappointed with "can/bottle" only bar. |

Excellent localisation, friendly staff. Problems with cold water in the morning and in the evening. Guest house is a bit olr, but everything was OK! |
