High speed internet access is a utility. It should be free!
Everything and as expected...
Not a lot , convenient location
I was charged over £400 for the room I asked for a twin bedded room the beds were tiny a child would have had problems, the wardrobe was totally ridiculous you had to move one of the beds to hang your clothes or access the safe. I am a Gold Ambassador this room was my upgrade a complete joke. In the breakfast room they tried to charge me £8 for a glass of fresh orange juice I complained and the reduced it to£5 . The hotel has just completed a Multi million dollar refurbishment I hope they paid the architect in peanuts! I have stayed in Intercontinental Hotels all over the world I will never stay in this one ever again. The final act was they said I had made 2 bookings and they wanted to charge me 2 extra nights the front office manager after some time agreed a £200 charge or half the daily rate for one day any other hotel would have waved the charge very mercenary,by the way the wifi is the same price as a continental breakfast Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Staff are so friendly, house keeping cleans the room twice to three times a day. Fast checkin and out
Location is great as it is few minutes away from major attractions in london. Service is great. Breakfast is a must at this hotel. Simple but amazing!
Breakfast, staff, quite, location, wifi
Bed, no complimentary water
-Very helpful staff - Room are fully equipped to facilitate people with special needs
- Breakfast hours should be extended during the holiday seasons all week long, especially that the tourist attractions open late - Poor signal reception if you THREE as your mobile operator - The free WiFi is poor. You have to purchase from them the high speed internet - Lobby might get noisy at nights because of the open bar
I like the room and the hotel is in good location
location ,Loopy , free internet ,staff
We book delux room Hyde park view but we the room was so so old and bad decoration so I change the room to other view facing back
Excellent location, warm staff, tasty cuisine.
Expensive rates for accommodation
The location, the food, the cleaning
Nothing to be honest
Everything! The staff were bending over backwards to be nice and accommodating. The restaurant and room service were fabulous. The room was outstanding! I can't wait to come back and visit again.
Everything was perfect.
Everything was just perfect, staff are friendly and helpful, location is perfect
Only the location
great services, good location with gorgeous room
understood that it's a five star hotel but the cost is not really effective.
Location and kindly service
Too much money for room service, breakfast and mini bar.
The porters excellent chamber maid looked at us like dirt on shoes as leaving the room 1245!! Room service quick and very polite..
2 glass wine £32.00!! Very expensive for a small glass each a bit of rib off! £575.00 very expensive for what it was.. prefer Hilton / Fourseasons will not go back.. It just lacked sparkle..
late room service room complmantry
Spend amount of money then the service is fairly enough
The easy check in and out. Great bathroom great sheets and towels. Ambience in lobby better than many hotels in London. Concierge service quick and discreet.
TV screens in suite a little small. Perhaps a wider variety in the room service night menu. Have to walk across lobby and bar area to reach lift lobby
Location near Hyde park and central London so convenient for taxis. helpful staff.
Late room availability...6pm with no compensation. No interconnecting rooms as requested months in advance. Mediocre breakfast for £30.
Despite requesting early check in my room was not ready and has to wait for three hours after an overnight seven hour flight
lighting in room needs to be improved maybe ok for young people
