I liked the Location on Park lane/Hyde Park Corner. 1- Check in process was very long and slow. 2- the room was very small. 4- Rate was charged was too much for the room size and facility in the room. 3- The outlet was very limited (1 Bar).

Situation centrale, chambre donnant sur une cour intérieure, donc très tranquille. Chambre agréable, lits très confortable. On se sent bien ! Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher

Хорошее расположение, в пешей поступности от торговых улочек. персонал отеля достаточно внимателен и любезен. Неплохой завтрак. В номере чисто. Удивило отсутствие в номере какого-либо комплимента при заезде, обычно в отелях подобного уровня это норма. Номер маленький, в ванной не было халата. Вида из окон не было никакого (прямо напротив окна других номеров). Неприятно удивило, что за задержку с выпиской на несколько часов взяли 50% стоимости суток, давно с этим не сталкивался.

Localização privilegiada em ponto estratégico de Londres faz do ih uma opção excelente. A grande maioria dos hóspedes é constituída de homens de negócios em plena atividade, o que pode não agradar a quem está de férias ou em viagem romântica. O pessoal do hotel é 100% bem treinado, atencioso e cortês com os hóspedes.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. There are many channels in the TV which is good. You can find Arabic sports channels and MBC1-4 and also Dubai TV. Room quality was not as expected. The room was small and the furnishings was less than I've seen at other InterContinental hotels. The TV was normal, not plasma/flat screen. Comparing with the Paris InterContinental, although Paris is known for its small bedrooms at hotels but the furnishings made up for it. Breakfast costs 27 pounds per person which is quite expensive. Go to a nearby cafe and get whatever you want from there. A bit disappointed..

“This hotel is situated in a delightful area of Mayfaie between Piccadilly and Park Lane giving access to most public transport routes. On the corner of Shepherd Street and a few hundred yards from Shepherds Market the location is ideal. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. Although breakfast was not included in my room charge there are several good cafes in Shepherd Street providing a full breakfast for around £5. I would recommend and stay again.” Irvine, Portadown |
