Staff couldn't do enough for us, bed was comfortable and housekeeping did an an excellent job. Good location for Westminster Abbey & Parliament buildings.

There was nothing we didn't like.

A very good standard for a reasonable price.

Breakfast was expensive as room service.

The hotel was spotless, staff very attentive and polite. Food was also of a high standard in the blue boar restaurant. We went for my 50th birthday and they upgraded the room and also laid on complimentary fruit, chocolates and a bottle of champagne. Much appreciated and went down well. This hotel is perfect for the sightseeing tourist as 5 minute walk from westminister or Buckingham palace with easy access to tube and shopping. Loved it and will go back.

A bit picky, but did not like the 12.5% service charge on the meal in the restaurant which was autommatically added to the bill. Also a full length mirror in the room would have been appreciated by my wife.

The fact that the bed sheets were spotless! This is something which is very rare in most hotels now.

Our used water glasses were not replaced the entire 4 days and just left filled on the side.

I sent this email to the Hotel manager... Dear Mr. Turner, Hope this email finds you well. I was guest at your hotel Intercontinental London Westminster from 24th to 26th of April 2013 for two nights. I would like first of all to thank all member of stuff for their welcoming and service they provided to me. secondly, the room I booked from (Booking) and I asked to be not next to the left, height floors and not disabilities room. I surprised when they gave me the room just next to the left and disabilities room as well (room number was 421). When I asked the guest relationship why you gave me that room, she said because I did not ask for special request and even if I did that, in Booking that is not guaranteed (I do not know why)? It is not my first time to book via Booking and usually when I book through them I got what I asked for. In addition to that, I have told on the next day I will have another room but I amazed when they told me also there is no rooms available with my request and still fully booked while I have seen big Chinese group I think checked out on Thursday 25th of April and other guests as well checked out. When I told the guest relationship that, she said they requested for speical room? Why when other guests request for specific type of room they provided to them whereas I do not get the same selection like they do! One more thing while I am showering I recognise the water is went out from the door gap and even reach the carpet of the room. When I woke in the morning I am about to fall down on the bathroom floor because of the water (please see the attachments). I have shown the manager at that time the water spread all over the floor on the room and she said I will call the housekeeping to clean it up? Is that the only thing she can do? I usually go to Intercontinental Park Lane but this time because this branch of the hotel is a new and located in a nice area, I decided to stay in it but I had the worst stay in a hotel in my life.

Room design room service are great.

Breakfast does not worth its money. Service in the restaurant, especially of one guy (administrator I suppose) - an unpleasant situation with him in the morning, and he did not even apologize.

Staff friendly and helpful especially dave the doorman. Room upgrade fantastic luxurious and spotless. Restaurant food excellent and breakfast superb!

Hospital Staff, welcoming, and kind. I personally appreciate them.

The ambience and environment of the hotel was superb. The design features of the public areas and especially of the bedrooms were superlative. The bathrooms were excellent and the bedroom and bathroom amenities world class. The fridge and coffee-making facilities were top rate. The TV was located nicely and sound system excellent. The bed was wonderful and the bde linens and towels very high standard and lovely design/taste. The reception and phone customer service staff were extremely professional and well-led by their manager/supervisors. Max and his coleagues are superb ambassadors for the hotel as Conceirge. In the rooms were we pleased with a generous number of convenient electric points. Overall a wonderful 18 hrs stay for us and our children. 9.5 out of 10.0 !!

We were disappointed in the value for money for the breakfast buffet. It was not 5* standard in our view. The coffee/tea silver service was sporadic. We did not know which of a number of staff were assigned to our table so the service was unacceptably discoordinated. We had to ask for an omelette when we were told there was a menu. Overall we expected a more generous and service-focussed breakfast experience. There is no mirror over the dressing table - a real omission in this day and age when preparing to attend functions. The car valet service worked well but still a bit of a concern that we couldnt access the car easily if we wanted to. Also, an observation. There appeared to be only a ground floor bar in the hotel. Maybe there was another on an executive floor ?

Le manque de lisibilité de la facture . Le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le prix de la chambre mais des suppléments nous ont été comptes ainsi que le prix du service. Il faudrait que l hotel prévienne lles clients que le prix du petit déjeuner est inclus sans le service.

立地が良く、観光スポットに徒歩で行けため、短い時間でたくさんの観光と買い物ができた。 スタッフも親切で、室内も清潔感があり、お風呂も広くて快適だった。 次回はこちらのレストランも利用したいと思う。

入室時に前の人のミニバーの残りが残ってしまっていたが、電話したらすぐ見に来てくれた

Otimo hotel, a equipe da recepção muito atenciosa, o quarto era grande , novo e bem acolhedor e com internet free no quarto. O hotel de forma geral era novo. A localização era perfeita para quem esta em viagem de lazer , pois esta enfrente a estação de metro St James Park e por caminhada aprox 10 min dos pontos turisticos de londres,o parlamento, abadia de Westminster e london Eye. Hotel é recomendado.

Mas como nem tudo é "Ceu de Brigadeiro" Me desapontei com o café da manha que estava incluso na tarifa e era " a lacarte" . o hotel dispoem de dois espaços para café da manha um no hall que era um mix de local descontraido e um pouco de rapidas reuniões de negócios. Até ai tudo bem para viajantes a lazer que não pede roupas formais, não peso muito, agora no outro dia de manha quando fomos experimentar o restaurante ai ficamos bem inibidos, ja por começar na recepção do local a um hostess que te recepciona muito educado e de um refinamento britânico exemplar que ja na chegada de uma medida dos pés a cabeça dando uma sensação de que ali não era para viajantes a lazer, mesmo assim pedi a mesa e pensei bom minha tarifa ajuda apagar o salário dele. Mas valeu a experiência o café da manha foi bom e a atenção da equipe de serviço era boa.

Номер окнами выходил на стену соседнего здания. Тихо но скучно .

没有明确的不满,就是早餐的选择比较少了点

酒店的地理位置很好，离地铁站就两分钟不到，去威斯敏斯特区的景点走路也就十分钟左右。酒店房间空间不算狭- 窄。酒店的服务生都很热情。

可能算是比较新，管理上仍有些许不完善。入住后第四天才在浴室添加置放针线盒，浴帽之类的小储物柜。被套入- 住以来一直不觉得有更换。

Snidaňe byla podavana jednou bufetem jiny den zas pouze na objednavku.

La cauzione di 700 pounds trattenuta dalla carta di credito (inaccettabile !!) dopoché dalla stessa carta era stato effettuato in anticipo tutto il pagamento del soggiorno. Il livello della colazione non da 5 stelle.
