Staff very helpful whenever we asked for trip bookings etc Very close to Bust stops and to City Centre

Basement Room - no windows Noisy at night - nearby disco Squeaking doors in adjacent rooms

no tv in room had to pay for towels when it never told me with my booking .. I stayed here before and it was much better room

Friendly staff and very helpful. Were upgraded from a double room to an apartment on arrival which was great. Had a great stay. Would go back again.

Lightbulbs missing in the lamps in bedroom and the main light. Took one out of one of the lounge lights for bedroom but didn't really bother me too much because were two lights in the lounge area so lit it up plenty. Were happy at being upgraded in the first place so didn't complain.

The staff were amazing and our room was prepped as a romantic retreat as it was our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. So close to town with fab shops and bars!

The noisy groups which I had hoped would have been next door...

i though night staff were brillant two security guards very kind and on the ball daystaff at times seem less bothered had to ask to get room cleaned which didnt like.

It was the worst place I've ever been to. The minute we arrived the receptionist said that we had already checked in and he went to check if the room was occupied by someone else. After confirming it was not he gave us the key to the room and the minute i opened the door i felt so disgusted. Very old, very dirty, the chairs had footprints on, there was hair on the sheets, no shampoo, no towels and FREEZING COLD! i was not able to sleep for even 10 minutes and it is a night i'm trying to forget. This room wasn't even for 10 euros, not for almost 60 euros i paid. Don't do the same mistake!

Friendly staff and good kitchen

Only paid 15 for a bed form a 4 people shared large room.

we stayed for 2 days and left towels out for new 1s and all the did is take them and didnt bother giving us any for 2nd day

I was looking for a place to stay in or arround Hoylake golf club. This was the only place availible. Sortly after we've checked in, another couple opened our door with there own "key". Somehow, they've doubled book the room. After that was sorted, we've settled down. There was NO phone signal in our room, and I'm not even talking about 3G. We went to bed just to be woken up by the "faulty" fire alarm at 1:30 in the morning. Overall NOT a good experience.

easy going staff, location and price.

very noisy. No tv. No towels. Tea and coffee in kitchen, told not to take cups to room, but only 2 cups in the cupboard.

Excellent Hostel!! Well located, friendly staff, comfortable enough, cheap. I would stay there again

The rooms are spacious, and clean, and the staff friendly and helpful

The rooms have no windows and sit directly below a late-night bar. The towels are very small for some reason, and the cistern was running constantly.

A bit unusual having no windows

It's only a five minute walk into the city centre and right next door to a pub. Our room was excellent , best shower I've ever had!! And the staff wer excellent nothing was to much trouble day or night. !! Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a weekend stay in Liverpool :-d

Great value for money.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpfull.

In room facilities were poor, tv didn"t work , sink was broken.The games room was empty there was no leisure to be had inside the hotel.Wasn"t worth the money paid.

The room was very nice, comfortable, clean. Good service, friendly staff, cheap and very good location - very good bars next to hotel, 10 minutes to city centre, 20-25 minutes to albert dock. Around (near hostel) many good places for breakfast.

Outside the door was a bit noisy but during the night it was quiet.

i had a share room with other 4 people, with the toilet inside.. the room was clean and quite.. excellent service.. the hostel is based in a very good location close to the city center

I just cant breathe in the room...small room without any windows.

We were welcomed in a very friendly way by the staff straight up. As though we were family, the stairs were a bit of a killer for us oldies but we got there eventually. The pub had great entertainment and a very warm feeling of friendship from all the patrons. The room was lovely and cozy and a great view of the street. The barman was a top guy and really went out of his way for us. All the staff were brilliant, they work long hours. Now , if returning i definately know where to go.
