we were greeted in a professional and friendly mannor the staff were all really accomodating and had a good knowledge of the surrounding area, nothing seemed to much trouble for them and they all wore a smile we had a fantastic time well reccomended thanks |

Good deal at £50 per night for the room, which was clean and comfortable (and decent shower) with continental breakfast included - small selection but entirely adequate. Dining area very impersonal for evening dining - went to Italian restaurant at the back of the hotel. The hotel indicated 3 restaurants but these were not indicated anywhere in the room, although we found the Italian menu in the foyer. |

Very close to conference centre, staff very helpful and friendly, sky sports in the rooms! Very limited breakfast, baps and bacon, found out on the last morning of 4 days that it was possible to pay a little extra for the full breakfast in the Holiday Inn next door, I checked in very late and was not told this at the time, will know for the next time though! |

It was convenient for our purposes. The breakfast was good value with a good selection. The dinner menu did not appeal to us and alternative eating in Telford is limited if you did not want to use a car |
