The hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. Overall, a very good place to stay either on buisness or pleasure.

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent - cleanliness, comfort, customer service, breakfast. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We shall certainly stay there again.

We have stayed at the hotel many times. The staff are welcoming and polite, also cheerful. The hotel is always clean and also if you needed anything the staff go out of their way to get it for you. We would recommend this hotel to all our family and friends.

5 of us stayed for a weekend whike our daughters played basketball at an inter-regional tournament at lilleshall, we had a fabulous time the staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms were immaculate and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was delicious, it was brilliant value for money and I would definately stay again or recommend to a friend

Friendly staff and excellent value Room 177 was affected by sounds coming from the heating and ventilation systems which lasted right through the night.Other rooms we have stayed in at this hotel were fine.

Arrived at 4:15am and the staff could not get the room key to work for 15 minutes.Then the staff could not turn off the Air Con even though the switch was set to off

Great beds, showers and amazingly helpful staff. In a central yet quiet location. I am staying again next week. Amazingly good value for money. The only thing to say is having to use a wire to connect to the Internet was odd especially as I had forgotten how to do it. However yet again the great staff at the International shone through by coming to the room and getting me conected

It was in a ideal position for shopping visiting family and just right for eating out. We will recomend this hotel to family and friends alike. We will stay here each time we come to Telford to see the family. Thank you for a lovely stay. We did find the room a little chilly but not enough to put us off after all it is winter in England.

Room was nice and modern and bed very comfortable The room took a long time to warm up and even when the air con eventually got going it was still very cold in the room. We'd set the air con as high as it would go but to no avail. Also as there was only a skeleton staff on when we stayed they had run out of bacon on the breakfast buffet. No big deal though, we had cereal.

We actually stayed in Holiday Inn Telford that's just next door as International Hotel was closed during Christmas. We were happy with rooms, pool and tasty breakfast. The location is also good for shopping and visiting places in Telford. Although we were advised that breakfast is served since 6am, we didn't get it till 7.30am. We were up quite early to explore Shropshire and this was kind of delaying us. You could get "cold" breakfast such as toast and cereals but you had to wait for full English breakfast.
