Breakfast was minimal
Breakfast Walk in shower Very friendly staff on reception Tea & Coffe Making Iron & Board
Minor Points in the big picture Bedside Light not work Hair Dryer not work Having to pay for Wi Fi
The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, great walk in shower.Great base to go to Ironbridge and do a bit of shopping. Excellent continental breakfast.
Comfortable rooms, decent location within walking distance of restaurants etc..
Would have liked a better bar area, food options very limited!
I would like to have seen a vegetarian option for the breakfast rolls rather than just bacon but the overall variety of food was good.
Central location, good parking, great staff nice room
Location. Quality of bedrooms. Friendliness of staff.
Lovely bathroom and bedroom decor, bed was comfy and slept well
Room was cold No vegi breakfeast Sraff rude on arrival
The hotel was clean and close to a shopping centre.
Not for me. OK for business staying overnight of for conferences. I would not stay again.
Price and convenience, and reasonably quiet.
Nothing at the price that we paid.
As usual we were met with a smile from a friendly receptionist who chatted about our trip and how it was going. At breakfast we were met with more friendly smiles and there was always someone around to help if we needed anything or any assistance.
It was an unusually cold night and took some time to get the room warm. Just wish the temperature was similar to reception which was really toasty
Would highly recommend breakfast was very good staff were very obliging would use booking. com again .
Staff, room, breakfast - all excellent
-The staff was helpful and ensured that we were happy with our bedroom. They included free Wifi access in our room. Breakfast was a plus and good, though including eggs on the menu would have been a double plus!
No pool facilities or spa facilities- they are advertised as being on site though they are actually next door
Near to shops and park
Hotel spot on very friendly staff and very helpful. Only 5 minutes walk to shopping centre and restaurants.
staff are lovely, breakfast great value, town centre/shops etc very close
wifi very expensive! room was constantly very cold and heating system doesnt seem to 'work' as its controlled by outside sensors. cot wasnt in room for our baby upon arrival - but quickly rectified. no highchair for the first two breakfasts.
Breakfast was the best continental breakfast we've had. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is paired with the holiday inn next door but you have to pay £5 to use the pool.
Very little, the only redeeming feature was the restaurant was warm.
The food supplied to my wife and I. I had to return my monkfish as it was exceptionally tough and very unevenly cooked. My wife's pork loin was also very tough and she had to ask for a sharp knife in order to cut it. The alternative meal I ordered was not what I wanted to eat and by the time it arrived my wife had nearly finished her meal. Thereby completely spoiling our dining experience which was not improved by the lukewarm apologies we received.
Location, free parking, comfortable bed and quality of breakfast.
Not much choice at breakfast. Booking .com advertised this hotel as having a swimming pool. It should be highlighted that the pool is in the adjacent Holiday Inn and a charge is made for its use.
Close to shops and restaurant breakfast very good considering it was continental.
Had to pay for Wi-Fi and still awaiting payment receipt so I can send to you for refund
Very Friendly and Polite Staff. Paid £5.00 to have the upgrade Buffet Breakfast at the Holiday Inn adjacent.
