VERY GOOD QUALITY HOTEL NEXT TO GREAT SHOPPING
Good sized room, nice& clean. Good WiFi.
We used the International whilst on business. It was less then two minutes drive from Telford Shopping Centre where we had to work late into the night. Easy check in and check out. A good selection of cereals, fruit and even bacon for continental breakfast. Would use again
This hotel was superb from the reception staff to the room which was excellent. The breakfast which was included was above standard we can only congratulate everyone at this hotel well done.
Comfortable room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good value.
Comfort facilities Warmth Breakfast
I love the rooms.breakfast was nice too.
We come every year when the midlands game fair is on, best hotel we have stayed in.
Lovely large beds, walk-in showers, clean, plenty of pillows, good coffee, adequate breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Would come again without hesitation.
Staff very helpful and polite, overall it was a very relaxing stay
Breakfast very good lots of choice
1st room given with only one bed on ground floor
Stayed before, and found the location very good, excellent quality cannot find fault with the hotel.
Very professional and warm welcome. Staff brilliant.
Nothing of consequence
Spacious and comfortable
For value for money the hotel was good and it had breakfast included in the price which doesn't always happen in some hotels today.
We can't say that we disliked anything about the hotel. Perhaps it would have been nice to have a restaurant in the hotel but we made use of the Holiday Inn's eating facilities.
The location was great and the staff friendly and welcoming.
Our room was ok but could have done with a refurbishment but our friends room next door was great. The bed was low down and very creaky. The lead on the kettle could have been a bit longer as we had to move furniture to fit round where we could plug the kettle in unless it was placed on the dressing table which wasn't ideal.
Closeness to sights
Towels were worn and some were stained
We thought the staff were really lovely and friendly. The young blonde guy who checked us in and then gave us directions was really nice, infact all the staff including the house maids and waitresses were all really friendly.
The strange rolls at breakfast. Just normal bread rolls would be nicer. Breakfast room needs to have less of the big round tables and more tables for 2.
It's location and the area it is set in ideal for walking, has the shops the park, the lakes, the ducks and easy access. Breakfast was a pleasure hassle free and very attentative staff when need. Definately an hotel to revisit.
The staff at reception could not do enough to help us. The room was very spacious & comfortable, with a roomy en-suite. The staff at breakfast were very pleasant & there was a good selection of food .The bacon baps were a nice addition. Overall we were very impressed with the hotel & would highly recommend it.
We couldn't fault the hotel or the staff.
The noise and cleandliness
