The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was clean and very well presented.
The only let down was the continental breakfast. Cereal, toast, muffins, croissant and bacon. That's all. Maybe consider eggs tomatoes beans etc to creat a full English fry up?
Ok for one night
Friendly staff very classy for the prices good breakfast good location
Nothing everything superb
The £71 deal for two nights stay for two people was incredible value for such a large hotel.
The breakfast selection was a little limited but still very reasoable
All round satisfaction.
Easy to find from the Motorway, the room had every thing we needed located on the edge of town. no external noises so a good nights sleep.
Would have liked more in the hot food line, only bacon available?.
Breakfast was fantastic, especially the bacon rolls, friendly staff, clean room and could put temperature nice & warm, shower hot enough, very good location with the shopping/entertainment center near by which is easy to walk to
Could not turn air conditioning down low enough for me to be cool enough at night to sleep, though slept better 2nd night plus soap dispenser hard to use
Great that we could take a dog. Very big spacious room which was unexpected.
Would have liked an area that we could have sat with the dog and had a drink as too cold to sit outside.
we left at 6.00 am, called reception and they packed us a take away breakfast and hot drink. excellent service. thankyou
Room clean tidy lovely shower breakfast was excerlant would definitely return
Very welcoming - the room was good - the shower exceptionally good. It was nice that our small dog was allowed in at an extra charge of £10. Staff offered to help carry bags and food to the room etc. when they realised we had health problems. The breakfast was very good.
No trolleys to help move luggage - as arthritis sufferer this would have made life much simpler. Also the range of food offered was not that good - although told we could go next door to the Holiday Inn for the full menu. As we had a dog with us did not want to leave her. The bar was empty but she was also not allowed in there (which is fine if it is busy but we were the only ones there at the time!)
Very helpful staff, request for room near lift, fulfilled. Continental breakfast really substantial and enjoyable especially the fresh fruit and yoghurt.
Description said Pool Spa Untrue also Beakfast. Continental with fatty bacon. If your lucky. Not ham.
Welcoming staff Great breakfast Clean rooms Great shower Comfortable bed Quiet
No veggie alternative for those who don't eat bacon at breakfast Hairdryer - cord too short and have to continually press button for it to work
I didn't like TV news on in breakfast room - the news was particularly depressing and I'd rather not know when I'm having my breakfast.
Very helpfull staff. room first class very clean.Ideal for visiting local shopping centre, and good choice of eatery's.
Noise of air conditioning unit throughout the night. Resulting in a poor nights sleep.
Location is key great for shopping in town centre as this is just up the road. There is also an added bonus of the new eating places at south water
The voice in the lift is very annoying needs to be updated
The room itself was very clean and tidy. It had comfortable beds, a quite large table and tv of course. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The shower place should have anything like a door or the curtain at least as after taking the bath you need to clean all the flooring in the bathroom. One more minus - you have to pay for the internet wether it is wifi or the cable... but if you have got the phone with unlimited data, that solves the problem
We have visited the hotel many times, its the ideal place to stay when we visit our family, the breakfast is good, always pleasant staff we never problems When we feel like a change we go there
Large airy room
No restaurant facilities
Excellent price, good service, great location.
