Inverlea Guest House  

I loved the reception I received from the owners of the property, she knew I was going to a funeral the next day and offered to drive me to the church which she did as I did not know where it was. The house was amazingly clean and very quiet , the colleagues next morning were very accommodating and I would highly recommend this guest house to any of my family and friends which I have already done. Thank you so much.

The owner was very lovely and very very welcoming. Was impressed by facilities. The shower room was beautifull and the room was very clean and to a high standard. Comfortable and private as well.

Everything!! We've never stayed in a b&b before, as we always travelling with a child. But The host, Liz, was lovely and very attentive. The decor was tasteful, and those beds, wow, sooo comfy. Highly recommend this place! PS! Check out the garden while you there!!

This is a lovely bed and breakfast guest house, with a very welcoming owner. We had a very comfortable, clean room with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and really good.

Nothing, it was excellant.

The people who worked there were super friendly. At breakfast they always asked if you needed a refill on anything and didn't mind chatting with the guests in between. I only payed for a room with without an en-suite bathroom but when I got there, they told me they'd gotten one with my own bathroom ready for me. The roome was beautiful, the food was good and everything was always clean and neat. I would really recommend this b+b to anyone.

The hotel staff is very helpful, always there when you need something. She makes sure everything is fine with her guests. The cleanliness of the place is exceptional. This place is highly recommendable

A very well presented Guest House. The rooms are very clean and we received a most friendly welcome and were well looked after during our stay. Breakfast is very good and the Inverlea is perfectly situated for exploring 'Burns Country'. Easy to find if arriving by car and there is off road parking available. Glasgow International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would thoroughly recommend this guest house to family and friends and would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you for making our stay so good.

The Guest House was clean and tidy and the Proprietors were warm and friendly and made the stay very welcome. The traditional Scottish breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat.

I thought the location was excellent, central to ayr for shopping and if you want to go further out to the tourist attrations. From the minute you arrive you are made to feel welcome comfortable and the family go out their way to make it a brilliant stay, from running us along to the wedding we were attending to their little boy helping at breakfast service, this was a really unique B&B that went above and beyond what you expect. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and the traditional scottish decor to the house was beautiful. Would definately recommend

Superb Accomodation attention to detail from the rooms to the garden and the hostess with mostest - just perfect..Just up the road to a good choice of restaurants- wine bar was good.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the rooms were top notch, everything was well set out and maintained/kept in top condition, ideal location just outside the center, breakfast was fantastic. What else could l say other than l have no complaints at all and would recommend Inverlea guest house to anyone thinking of going to Ayr
