The house itself with the beautiful flowers outside, comfortable and nice- looking furniture inside, the amazing breakfast which included my favourite tea, the very friendly staff and the 5 minute walk to the beach in that pretty little town made it a fantastic stay. Can only recommend the guest house.

A small, family-run Bed and Breakfast, which was absolutely perfect for my needs. A comfortable bed, clean and well-appointed room, a delicious breakfast and helpful and friendly owner and staff. If you are looking for a place to stay in Ayr then you'd be hard pressed to beat it. This is exactly like B&B's should be!

Our room at Inverlea Guest House was bright, sunny, and full of charm, as was our proprietor. Friendly and very helpful, even to making a dinner reservation for us, Liz made us feel right at home. This is a great place to stay if you want to visit the Robert Burns Heritage Center, Culzean Caste, or any other area attarctions, as they are an easy drive from the Inverlea. Parking on the street or behind the guest house was easy and safe. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Nearby are a post office, store, restaurants, and the seafront is only blocks away. I would highly recommend the Inverlea to anyone.

A lovely guest house, very smart, clean and comfortable. The owner and her staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. She booked us lunch next door at an excellent restaurant, and ordered our taxi to go to Ladies night at Ayr races. We all had a really good weekend and will definately return to the Inverlea.

The owner was very helpful and welcoming. I would receommend this B & B to others. The breakfast was superb and ample, If there was anything you didn't want it was not put on your plate and plenty of tea/coffee and toast. This was also on good bus route to Town Centre.

The room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for Liz - she made us feel as though we were the only guests and always had time to chat or to help us with our many questions about the area. We would not hesitate to recommend Inverlea to our friends and would definitely stay there again.
