It was the most relaxed stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The castle was very quite and the service received was to the very highest standard. I simply couldn't fault any part of my stay at your castle and would recommend it as a first class location. It took us 4 hrs to drive to the castle and was well worth it for an overnight experience at inverlochy. Thanks to all the staff

Location was very good for trips. It is luxury accomodation. It is beautifull old building with original features and furnishings. We didn't like the musty smell on entering the building. Bed was large but not very comfortable.

The staff were fantastic, attentive to our every need without being too 'in your face' and were very friendly. Food was good. Not sure about having to wear a shirt and tie for dinner...

The hotel is in a beautiful location and the public rooms are lovely. The staff were friendly and obliging and both dinner and breakfast were very good. We thought the bedrooms were disappointing and didn't live up to the rest of the hotel. We were expecting better for the very high price we paid.

We stayed at the hotel as a special celebration for my husband's 50th Birthday. We were upgraded to a beautiful room which was a lovely surprise to us both. The staff, food and accommodation were excellent.

Niché au coeur d'une nature sauvage magnifique, ce château du 19e siècle a été transformé en hôtel de grand charme dans les années 60. Calme garanti, magnifiques jardins fleuris, vue sur les montagne (Ben Nevis) et le lac font de cet établissement une étape romantique à souhait. La table (étoilée) agrémente également le séjour. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût et offrent des vues très agréables et reposantes. Une très belle étape pour flâner, se promener dans la campagne environnante ou tout simplement se reposer. L'hôtel étant pasablement isolé, le manque de spa ou d'espace détente peut se faire ressentir lors d'un séjour prolongé.

Als Durchschnittsmensch bekommt man in diesem Schloss einen guten Eindruck vom Leben der Adligen und Superreichen, die nie arbeiten müssen und sich deshalb für alles unendlich viel Zeit nehmen können. Keinen Finger krümmen, alles die Bediensteten tun lassen... irgendwie dekadent. Alles wird einem abgenommen, das Essen dauert Stunden, eine Tasse Tee selber eingiessen ist «daneben», – sowas tut man nicht selbst... Verwöhnt werden an allen Ecken und Enden: Eine interessante Erfahrung, aber auf die Dauer unvorstellbar und weltfremd. Das schottische Wetter. Grau in grau, nass und kühl selbst im Hochsommer. So spielt sich halt das Leben drinnen ab, obwohl draussen herrliche Relax-Ecken warten würden. Dafür kann das Schloss allerdings nichts...
