the car park welcome.followed by quiet excellent service.
friendly staff; location on top of hill allowing fantastic views; nice rooms
The spectacular location in the North West Highlands, the service and the food. All the staff without exception attended to your every requirement.
The difficulty in travelling to the location and the cost of the holiday reflected a 5 star hotel facility.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble The room was very comfortable everthing was catered for
The staffs very attentive and professional manner. The breathtaking location. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The coal fire was a lovely welcomimg touch
I thought the price was slightly above what it should be. I would have expected leisure facilities
After driving from Edinburgh in heavy rain with a touch of sleet, being held up by a landslide (side-swipe from Hurricane Bertha), I felt I deserved a treat -- and I got one! A beautiful warm bedroom. From everywhere on this hillside there are breathtaking views out to the islands. The staff were super! They have exactly the right mix of professionalism and friendliness. The food was delicious. Need I go on? One of the best hotels I've stayed in in my (long) life, and the location is my ides of Heaven.
I didn't like having to leave this dream location.
The feeling of calm and ambiance of luxury.
having to leave.
The staff were do polite and attentive. Lovely place.
Pillows too soft and room too hot - could be doing with aircon or a fan.
The view from the hotel, the high-class treatment by the staff, the cosy and comfortable room, the excellent food...
There's nothing very much to dislike . The hotel furnishings etc are really first class and the views from dining room and bedrooms are stunning. Did not have dinner but the breakfast was excellent
The price for a solo traveller is really over the top . I am not sure if they have single rooms but have to assume they haven't . That being the case they allocate you a double/twin room and you pay full price for it. I have never agreed with this policy
View Delicious food
Lack of character in furnishings
Staff and service Hospitality location restaurant accomodation scenic views choice of menu and wines
nothing to dislike
location "gods country" food exceptional staff exceptional view from room exceptional especially the isles of lewis and harris one fine evening
could not fault a minute of our week long stay
Dinner was the best meal we have ever eaten from soup to dessert.
Location very good. Staff very friendly and helpful Very relaxing atmosphere Good with dogs Food excellent
No air-conditioning anywhere - this does need to be addressed as heat and humidity are not rare on the West Coast. With an ageing population needs a lift.
A most beautiful location in the finest part of Scotland. The staff are superbly trained, courteous and friendly. The food is Michelin star class. The red deer on the lawn outside the dining room.
The odd midge!
Overall best hotel we stayed in on tour of Scotland. Excellent staff, quality rooms, bedding, food etc. great location
Hotel looks a bit drab on arrival is better when you are in.
Room was large and well fitted out. Restaurant very good.
Wounderful location, superbe view on the loch. Very friendly personell.
The personell is not very experienced in service and not up to 5* - but they make it up with charme and friendliness. The building is very plan, the rooms not on 5 star level.
The staff are most obliging.
The views, room and the staff were great and it was super to be able to take the dog along
The whole experience was excellent
For my husband and me, it was like coming home. The friendliness of de staf was nice and excellent. Holyday in the Highlands is a combination of leisure and working together for me as artist. After a day of our stay my husband told me, that I did a good choise to book at Inverlodge Hotel.
