“ Extremely nice cottage house. We were delighted to have stayed there. Everything was provided for (even fresh bread, milk etc were kept for us). Lovely place to live and easy/ handy for going anywhere/ everywhere. We went to Thurso and back in a day + next day went to Loch Ness, Isle of Skye & back in a day. ”

The location was difficult to find. The apartment appeared to be someone's house vacated when a booking was made. The apartment was located in what appeared to be a housing estate and not located at all near the Inverness CBD. No free access to WiFi. Very small kitchen, not clean.

Apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The owner was rude and unhelpful. When I checked out I realised we'd left a DVD inside the machine. When I called and ask if he would retrieve it and received a point black no and was told 'that it was my fault so deal with it' . Was speechless!!

房子够大，四个卧室很舒适，厨房洗手间设施齐全，干净整洁。 抽油烟机打不开，炒菜一屋子油烟。此四卧室公寓地点稍微偏僻，适合开车自驾的朋友团体住。

La proximitè du Lockness et d'inverness. Le cottage était moins confortable que celui décrit dans Booking. Les lits des enfants non confortables. Pas de doubles vitrages : on entendait la route ; la douche pas très pratique.

The house was very well equipped, and sets of towels were provided for each guest. We were delighted to find that a tray with continental breakfast items had been laid out for us.

Rooms were clean. All the basic fcilities were avaialble They shown in the website, one bathroom and additional toilet but there was only one bathroom. I am my wife was locked inside the room. Nothing was working, I have called the hotel number. They responded, we can not help you at this time. I said..you gotta do something, we are locked. I got a reply that I am not your watchman. We were living in 3 room aprtment and with great difficultie, I was able to get out of the room.

We could come and go as we pleased. Great extra - nilk & bread in apartment on arrival, could make a cup of tea before hitting the shops,A+ No gate to keep children in off the road and no tumble dryer.

Tous nos besoins ont été anticipés. Appartement très, très bien équipé. Propreté impeccable. Excellente situation géographique l'immeuble est sonore et le/la voisine du dessus commence sa vie à 22h45....
