Very spacious appartment, elegant/luxurious feel, clean/well kept and appeared recently renovated, well stocked with appliances/utensils etc. Very fast and stable wi-fi. Very convenient location.

Very large apartment with a great kitchen, my wife loved having a washing machine and eating in with the children.

Secure parking was not secure, drinking teenagers in the car park were abusive.

Apartments clean, spacious and very comfortable. Good central location. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

No lift in apartments which made it difficult when returning with shopping bags, buggy etc. Only able to stop in parking bay for limited time to unpack, not a huge deal but having travelled for several hours in the car with a child we were slightly disorganised on arrival as to what could stay in car/come into hotel etc Car park-although near by found it a little inconveniewit having to open/close the two security security gates.

This is a really nice place....and at affordable price compared to hotel rooms......with the bonus of having your own living room and kitchen.....we needed to stay another extra day travelling back up home....we decided to call them first and we got the penthouse suit for nearly the same price as the double bedroom flat....which was really great...staff are really friendly....would stay here again.......

It is a traditional schotish city where people are friendly . Family resort near by avimoore ski resort .

Young people at night are aggressive & wild

was a lovely well appointed building. Very modern and the young lady we spoke to at check in/ out was very friendly. you don't get much more central than inverness city suites. we had booked a 1 bed apartment but as they had a 2 bed one with no guests we got upgraded. we hadn't asked for this so it was a lovely surprise. The apartment we were in was huge.

A beautiful, luxurious, spacious apartment with every conceivable gadget in the kitchen, a beautiful lounge and dining room, two full bathroom and shower suites and so centrally located for the town centre, walks by the river, access to the railway station, taxis, buses and the airport. I would recommend these apartments to anyone with even a modest budget. You will never be disappointed.I Have stayed there on three separate occasions already this year and will be back again very soon.

Modern style of the suite. Fantastic location in the city centre of Inverness and very close to Inverness Castle.

Train journey from London (almost a full-day travelling). When booking could maybe reccomend flying as would be lot easier and cheaper if you book in advance.

Inverness suites is very centrally located, right in the city centre, train station was hardly 5 min walk. The owner was a thorough gentleman, super quick checkin, provided with 2 bedroom suite upgrade it was given even before the checkin time since I kid along, the gentleman was very helpful and humble enough to help me carry our heavy luggages upto our suites on 2nd floor. Nice and clean suite, with all the necessary stuffs, my lil one enjoyed thoroughly, so did we. Loved Inverness more bcos of Inverness City Suites.

Nothing I can crib about, just I had a difficult time using the washing machine, please include manual copies of the appliances on how to use, lift was greatly missed when I had to struggle again with luggages all alone while checking out, as I checked out too early at 6:30ish (AM).. Just this simple thing..

I felt the hospitality of the staff were very accommodating to our needs, always available and if there were any problems, they were very quickly identified and looked into with a solution to hand. Felt very welcome by the staff as well as the high level of luxury the apartment had to offer.

There were only really two problems that we had come across and its fair to say that one of these were only very minor, the sink in the kitchen had a slight leak (which was later identified by the maintenance staff) and whilst she wasn't able to remedy the problem straight away she had offered to provide us with a few extra dish cloths just in case it got worse by the time the building manager was able to get it fixed. The second issue was the noise, unfortunately being in the centre of the city and also being next to the most popular pub in Inverness, it gets a little bit loud on a Friday and Saturday night!

The prices were high as compared to 3-4 star hotels around.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, well equipted and spacious. It is possibly the best one bedroom apartments we have rented and we travel frequently. The walk in shower was excellent. Car parking was convenient and accessible.

As we age, we do prefer to have an elevator to move suitcases on arri[val and departure.

No lifts available and quite a hike if your apartment is on third floor.
