Food was good. Location was great for West Highland Way. Staff really friendly and helpful.

I realise the Commonwealth Games had just finished, but £60 for a basic room without breakfast [or towels!] was not good value. Thanks to the great staff for throwing in the breakfast though.

The hosts were lovely, accommodating and helpful. It's great that they do pick ups and drop offs to the bottom of the hill…. it's quite a distance to walk after a long day. 3 bed rooms didn't seem to crowded, although they are rather small.

At the same price as a good hostel (£20), it would have been nice to have some self-catering facilities. There is only one toilet/shower for females, so you'll likely have to wait. Beds are a bit squeaky but they do provide ear plugs in the room, if you need them to sleep!

Clean, great food and friendly staff, beautiful views.

Room very, very warm at night as really too small for number of people in it. Charges for hot tub and breakfast a bit steep. Noisy - they offer earplugs everywhere and there is a good reason but they don't drown out the fact there is no sound insulation in the place. Mattress had springs poking through. Not enough toilets and showers.

very remote area, good if you're looking to stay away from crowds and noise

very arrogant staff, only 1 female bathroom, another is mixed, you have to wait ages. Staff practically force you to eat there, food takes ages to be served as only one waitress and one chef. no towels provided. Very noisy (kitchen is above the rooms and from 6am it is impossible to sleep. There's a lack of interaction with people. bad atmosphere. very disappointed

The fact that the bedrooms can't be locked. No signal at all in the area. Midges, get prepared!

Location is quite on the hill top however they provide transport from the ferry drop off site to the bunk place. Staffs are very helpful and cheerful. I left my bag on the bunk place when I leave but the staff called me and had the driver sent my bag down to me at the pier.

Midge when hiking but what's the highland in Scotland without one?

The staff, the bistro, the shape of the building.

There was no air in the dorm. The room was small stuffed with people and had no ventilation whatsoever. Wasn't easy to sleep there.

Staff were very friendly, anything you needed they would try and help, food good in bristro/lounge served with a smile and a bit of banter, very relaxed atmosphere. Good value for money. Lovely setting, warm and welcoming.

Rooms a bit small, maybe more shower rooms for ladies, had to wait quite awhile.

    Staff were helpful and friendly.

When the bar was closed, there was only one toilet available for women. as this was also a shower, this meant at times, we had to queue. There was not really anywhere to sit down casually.
