The people who run the place could not do enough for us in the hotel or their family run bar next door |

Nice staff at the hotel. Rooms were very convenient to hotel pub. Short walk to city walls. Limited car parking. Room short on towels. Only 4-5 TV channels. |

All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful & welcoming. And the breakfasts were very good too. There is cheap parking just across the road & the city is less than a ten minute walk away over the Craigavon bridge. |

Excellent all round friendly staff, the rooms have just been redecorated to a good standard and it is next door to a pub, what more could you want. If you are one of them that moans beware you do have to cross a bridge to reach the city centre. |

The staff were courteous and friendly, the rooms were nice and big with good facilities, the breakfast was plentiful and the tariff was most reasonable. Access was hard when luggage had to be lugged upstairs and the location made it difficult to unload and load luggage from and into a vehicle. |

Staff were very helpful and tried very hard to make our stay pleasant. Location for access to the city centre was excellent....10 minute walk. Breakfast was well cooked and substantial. Good value for a short stay. A redecoration programme was underway during our visit. Our room overlooked "beer garden/smoking area" of adjoining pub.....could be very noisy until 1.00am. Surrounding area is a bit run down but seemed safe enough. Probably correctly rated at two star. |

It was perfectly situated for walking into the city, Located practically at the end of the double decked bridge, a quick walk across the river and all the shopping, restaurants, and tourist aids were right there. It was pretty loud right outside our window after the bar closed that night. There didn't appear to be any Inn staff. We had to go next door to the pub to find someone to check us in. we lucked out with a parking spot on the street around the corner. |

I liked the price. The location was also pretty good, as was the breakfast. It was very impersonal in comparison with the other B&Bs where I've stayed. The owners seemed to put their energies into the pub next door, which they also own. Also, one of the reasons I chose this B&B was that they advertised free wifi. It didn't work at all during our entire stay. |

This hotel is an absolute disgrace. Very very noisy and dirty Everything. The web page has no resemblance whatsoever to the hotel and I would ensure that I never allow any friend or acquantance to stay there |

the inn was central, our room was clean and spacious, and the rate we paid was excellent. when we entered the door of the inn we were met with a very strong greasy smell which was not very pleasant. however the smell did not permeate into our room. there was no facility for hanging clothes in our room-there was no hanging bar in the wardrobe |

The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious, and the breakfast tasty and rich. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation, so there was a smell of wet paint (walls were just painted) and the carpeting was very dirty (especially on the stairs). The room was not very clean, either. The pub and the karaoke bar just downstairs were noisy until 2-3 am, so it's not recommended for light sleepers. |

Small and very friendly. Fab breakfast. Would stay again without a doubt. Perhaps a little noisy with a room on the front side, but nothing major. Everything else typical Irish and extremely friendly people. |

As the B&B was full they put our party of 4 in a separate 2 bed flat across the road. Not everything in the flat was ready and working when we arrived. there were no towels and it took a long time to get any. One of the showers did not work. The Inn had no parking. To get any service you had to go into the next door bar for most of the time. |
