I liked everything from the clean modern room, the polite and helpful staff to the full english breakfast. Free internet and cheap tariff.

For the price paid this was a very good hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and we had the sea view we asked for. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotels is newly refurbished , the location was brilliant , Full english breakfast was good, Bed was confortable and overrall good value for money as i only paid £45. The hotel could be so much nicer if the management was setting higher standards of cleanliness and customer service.

No attention to details: Messy reception desk and entrance , Check in done on clumsy photocopier paperwork, broken key card, Cleaning left to be desired in area ( bathroom), Staff were just "ok" , Continental breakfast was poor . Poor directional signage around the hotel .

the hotel was a lovely hotel to stay in ! as me an my partner stay in Llandudno a couple of times a year , this hotel is worth the money lovely staff an rooms very clean and nice :) we will be coming back x

the only down fall was breakfast was only for an hour which seems bit must !

The staff were very helpful, various things went wrong, but they were put right immediately. We would stay at this hotel again.

The tea making facility needs some attention , as on two days there was no milk, sugar or tea bags. Also there was a lack of toilet rolls, this also needs attention.

The seaside location is great! And the bathroom in our room was big and modern with a powerful shower.

The selection for the continental breakfast could be improved, maybe have some sweet pastries and different types of bread.

All right for one night staff at breakfast were very polite and helpfull

When booking on line rooms with views were mentioned our room was next door to the lift with view of the back yard.

Staff is very friendly. Lovely position on the sea front. Evening meal is really nice. Room is spacious. Bed is good size and comfortable. Bathroom is spacious with good shower and bath facilities. Huge windows overlooking the see.

We were put in room next to lift, a bad thing you might think. How wrong we were. The quitest lift I've ever known. Loads of plug sockets I counted 11. Including a double socket by the bed, perfect for making sure your phone is charged, your phone alarm will work and a call can be taken without clambering out of bed

The bar location and opening hours. The bar should be upstairs next to reception, it closes way too early 9pm! We like to have a drink in the bar after an evening out. The staff are there anyway so why not keep it open?

Shower cubicle too small,breakfast swimming in grease,automatic toaster for guests to fill?I have never seen anything in a hotel,a full restaurant and a queue for a piece of toast.

Nothing. As value for money it was great but if you wanted two eggs at breakfast you had to ask otherwise you got one!

Bar was only open to 9pm, although it didn't really bother us too much.
