Nice location, comfortable, nice food The long walk from reception to room and to pool and back, noisy guests in room above. inappropriate pool opening times. lack of privacy in ground floor rooms when curtain open, a voile would be nice. having to ask for clean towels. |

The hotel is central on the island and a short walk from the ferry terminal. The swimming pool and spa are good quality and the hotel staff were very friendly. |

the pool, flexible eating places and times, comfy bed, excellent receptionist Tamara, lovely view. Such a long way to walk to room 211 - and the rest of our party in another part of the hotel |

Food was great; location great; public areas very attractive; staff was friendly enough but made mistakes that created problems for us The rooms. Small and cramped with the world's hardest beds - the ground is softer! Also, noisy - take earplugs. |

We arrived by bike and the staff were very helpful. The views from the hotel were stunning. The access to the garden was impossible to find. |

The food was lovely and as a vegan I felt well catered for and that they understood my requirements. The pool and spa area is also an excellent facility. The pool and spa area should have longer opening hours. I would expect it to open at 7am so I can use it before breakfast and still have an early start to the day, and for it to close around 10pm, so I can relax and unwind at the end of the day. Having it close at 7.30pm is not very good at all! |

Room and view excelllent If you have the last ferry of the day and it is delayed you should allow for this and have a facillity for food as if you are 10 mins too late no food is avalible a bit more flexiblity is needed in this area this did spoil our evening as we were starving and had to wait till morning for food |

Loved the Swimming pool & Spa, amazing facilities with wonderful views and Craignure is best location on the island - right in the middle of the island so short travel both directions to Iona and Tobermory, Bar meals and Restaurant were 4/5 star - great food and staff Breafast finished at 9.30am weekdays - too early - 10.30 all week would be better. We would prefer Double beds - we like Queen or King - but most hotels in Europe only do Double, so this hotel is not unusual |

Oban’s landmark hotel, this historic building is ideally located close to the ferry port and train station, offering 3-star accommodation and some fantastic views of the waterfront. |
