Good food and attentive staff. Rooms were comfortable and basically clean. Good location for ferry and as a base for touring Mull. Rooms not as clean as would have expected - e,g dirty tea pot, dust on light fittings, dirty carpets in hall and did not like to see cushions used as door stops! Bathroom fittings and towels also looking tired and dated. |

a place to relax staff very attentive, good leisure facilities was not informed of a wedding taking place, and that we would not be able to eat in the hotel that night, for which we had planned had to find alternative venue to eat, no taxis so had to walk, staff though very helpful gave us a lift to but not from. hot tub was not working |

The spa was great and outside jaccuzi bril. Good view from Dining room and lounge. Easy to find and good location. Were told all rooms had sea view. We did not. Food not of a good quality at breakfast. especially sausages. No kippers. Choice poor. Internet down when we were there. |

Enjoyed the views from the hotel and the swimming pool Did not feel this hotel was value for money the rooms were very dated and in need of refurbishment. Also the expence of catching the ferry needs to be considered. Not to mention walls not tthat thiick so was disturded by a man next door thrtoughtout the night and some kind of confrentation on the floor above. |

Having held a formal banquet there, the staff and sevices were excellent and the food was magnificent. Oddly enough, the food and service at the same facility during normal hours was quite lacking by comparison. The layout of the facility is long and low which forces anyone with luggage to haul it up and down stairways to the rooms, definitely unpleasant if you are having physical difficulties. |

Nice location, comfortable, nice food The long walk from reception to room and to pool and back, noisy guests in room above. inappropriate pool opening times. lack of privacy in ground floor rooms when curtain open, a voile would be nice. having to ask for clean towels. |

The hotel is central on the island and a short walk from the ferry terminal. The swimming pool and spa are good quality and the hotel staff were very friendly. |

the pool, flexible eating places and times, comfy bed, excellent receptionist Tamara, lovely view. Such a long way to walk to room 211 - and the rest of our party in another part of the hotel |

Food was great; location great; public areas very attractive; staff was friendly enough but made mistakes that created problems for us The rooms. Small and cramped with the world's hardest beds - the ground is softer! Also, noisy - take earplugs. |

We arrived by bike and the staff were very helpful. The views from the hotel were stunning. The access to the garden was impossible to find. |

The food was lovely and as a vegan I felt well catered for and that they understood my requirements. The pool and spa area is also an excellent facility. The pool and spa area should have longer opening hours. I would expect it to open at 7am so I can use it before breakfast and still have an early start to the day, and for it to close around 10pm, so I can relax and unwind at the end of the day. Having it close at 7.30pm is not very good at all! |

Lo mejor del hotel fue el desayuno y su proximidad al ferry que hace el recorrido Craignure-Oban. Pésima relacion calidad-precio. Las habitaciones estaban en una planta semejante a un sótano con mucha humedad, y por consiguiente con mucho frio. Paredes y techos de papel, no nos pudimos ir a dormir hasta que no decidieron hacerlo nuestros vecinos del piso de arriba, ya que se oían las pisadas retumbando a cada paso. |
